What do your nations people look like? Are they regular humans, mutants, cyborgs, etc?

Kawaiians are humans of the anime racial stock, meaning that they have features vaguely in-between Caucasian and Oriental. The features change with age; young Kawaiians' facial features are almost indistinguishable from Europeans', but as they grow older, they become more and more Asian-looking.

The most striking feature of Kawaiians, though, is their hair. It is vividly hued, and comes in every color of the rainbow and then some. Kawaiians take great pride in their hair--one of the few vanities the otherwise austere and stoic people permit themselves--and so their brightly colored locks are often styled quite outlandishly. It may seem odd that a group of hard-core religious fundamentalists have hair that looks like punk rockers', but there you go.

Most people look like typical Caucasoids, ranging from tan Mediterranean types to pale Scandinavian types.

in a word "furry". scalie, feathery, FURRY. we mostly walk on two legs, though there are some 'taurs too, and nearly all have more beautiful faces then anything human ever could.
beyond that we are of all shapes and sizes and colors and patterns. the majority are somewhat catlike, and tend toward at least some green in our fur.
most bipedal species wear some sort of kilt and little else. tail scrunchies are a fad that comes and goes. as are other decorations and adornments.

we differ from other furry worlds in that for the most part, our secondary sexual characteristics, do NOT resemble those of humans either.

this holds for our entire planet, not just our one country on it.

Heradorians are traditionally a mix of fair skinned Slav's with light hair colors, and black haired darker skinned Arab's that have been mixing for a few hundred years. In the past century or two, African, Western European, and some far east Asian genes have been thrown in the pot too, Herador isn't called "The melting pot of the Middle East" for nothing. These many different ancestries have made for some interesting combinations of skin/hair color and facial features, but the average Heradorian citizen looks a little something like this.

These are simply the "typical" looks one would associate with Heradorians, though in actuality any combination of the mentioned groups, or an individual with the traits of just one group, probably exists.

Achurans tend to stand between 5'5 to 5'10 in height and possess East Asian features.

Civire are usually anywhere between 5'7 and 6'1 and are Caucasian, usually with black or dark brown hair.

Deteis are between 5'5 and 6'0 and are reminiscent of Northern Europeans.

It is not uncommon for an Achuran or a Civire to have a parent or grandparent belonging to the other ethnic group, as the two groups have been closely intertwined since pre-histoy, and today they make up the two largest ethnic groups within The State. Interestingly Achuran culture seems to drive The State, as their culture and language are the basis for that of modern State. Historically however, the ancient Civeran Dominion was much larger than the Achuran Empire.

The Deteis make up the smallest ethnic group, and tend to face some discrimination as a vast majority of them sided with the Federation against the Calldari in during the Calldari War of Independence.

regular humans, though as a side effect to our technology evolving around the forest we tend to have better complexion and be healthier all round than most humans.
The most common build is that of a runner, due to our reliance on hunting and foraging.
In terms of attire, there a few cities which are clothing optional with the majority simply weraing functional and casual clothes - there is no fashion industry in Frozen and the concept mystifies Froze men and women alike.
If an event is important ceremonially or formally to warrant uniform then nobody will abstain. There is an almost reverence to these events since they're so rare and any kind of rule in regards to appearance are almost never set.
