Message to the International Community from the Office of Foreign Affairs in Cheri Mercer:

Greetings!

Arokop has finally begun its Embassy Program! We are welcoming any nation that wishes to establish an embassy in our nation.
Please note, Communist, Socialist, and similar regimes will have embassies located on the Eastern side of the city, in a place known as "Comrade Square". Capitalist, Feudal, and other non-communist regimes will have embassies located on the Western side of the city, in a place called "Embassy Square". In most cases, Fascist societies will be denied.

Also, we shall tell you about diplomatic immunity. The only person immune to our laws is the Ambassador himself. If he breaks our laws, he will be under lock-down under you can escort him out of our country. Anyone else in the staff who breaks our laws shall be subject to them.

We intend for our embassy to be a self-sufficient compound, so the most we would compromise is that except for official excursions that our guards will not carry their firearms outside of the embassy.

We I stated that the compound would be ''self-sufficient'' I was referring to the fact that it would be supplied internally and employ Americans and American Companies. No Locals would be involved in the running or supplying of the compound.

As a Embassy we were expecting that the land would be leased and would be considered sovereign A.S Soil which would eliminate the worry of un-documented firearms on your soil.

In the case of Official Excursions we are willing to comprise to using ''standard foreign equipment'' as long as we get to handle the security of our ambassador and staff and run our security checklist without interference.

You are correct about the fact that the embassy is leased to you. However, any weapons you bring pass through our territory first. We need to know what weapons are possessed in case any are found elsewhere, and in case an international incident may happen. Further, weapon documentation is needed because we need to know what we may have to deal with if any of your staff go rogue or if for some reason the ASA becomes hostile, we can deal with the potential threat. Our two nations have good relations, and it would be a shame for this issue to bring tension.

To The Free Monarchy of Daragal,

We are pleased to tell you that your embassy has been accepted! Your embassy will be located on Embassy Square, on the West side of the Government Campus. Your Ambassador's children will attend the Cheri Mercer Academy for Government Leaders, where they will have access to the finest education available, for a fee of N$700 a month (unless the Ambassador would rather pay taxes to the CPA). Your flowers will be approved, provided that they have no diseases in them that could effect our ecosystem. We will also be more than happy to provide each guard with a CPA Mk III Variant of the AK-47, and a Makarov pistol. As for the equipment, as long as it passes inspection, it will not be a problem, and would be happy to send workers to help you set it up.

(OCC: Yeah, go ahead and use this form! Just make sure to see if the Communism thing applies to your nation).

We would also like to wish you the best in finding out who is respnsible for the recent turmoil with the peace conference so close. Healthcare in Arokop is free, as medical professionals are paid from tax money. We also thank you for providing jobs to our citizens, and will make accommodations for the helicopter.
