Your Excellency

On the behalf of HR&IM The Emperor, it is my great pleasure to announce that the embassy application for the United Socialist States of Regingrad has been accepted. Preparations for the construction of the embassy in Bordoria City are underway. We look forward to receiving Ms. Leewyse Holter at Victoria Palace, in our capital city, where she can present her Letters of Credence to The Emperor.

With regards to Bordorian laws, as Bordoria is parity to both the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, Ms. Holter will enjoy diplomatic immunity during her stay in Bordoria and as such, any and all disputes can be negotiated between our two governments. Regarding laws related to nudism, public nudity is legal in Bordoria for all adults aged 20 and over, however, it is not compulsory as it is in Regingrad. Furthermore, many Bordorians may also come from cultural backgrounds where public nudity is frowned upon, and local businesses do have the right to enact a dress code for their patrons, however, we foresee no problems in dealings with the law. We only ask that Ms. Holter, as a sign of respect to the Emperor and the culture of the Bordorian people, show up reasonably clothed when presenting her letters of credence to the Emperor.

We look forward to receiving Ambassador Kylux Highwing at Victoria Palace, in our capital city, where he can present his Letters of Credence to The Emperor.

Regarding the embassy building, we at HR&IM Government have chosen as a site for the Dyste embassy Castle Toronto, in the heart of the City's downtown core. This castle was once a royal palace in the heart of the city, before being converted to a museum over one hundred years ago. The building is large enough to Draconoids and other persons of similar size, and HR&IM Government will have all other facilities in the castle upgraded for the use of Draconoid persons. As Dyste was the first nation to welcome a Bordorian ambassador HR&IM The Emperor and his people wish to, as a gesture of thanks, give Castle Toronto to the King and people of Dyste. Please find attached the floor plans of Castle Toronto at the end of this communique.

We have decided to set the embassy up in The City of Fredricksberg, an enclave within Victoria City, the national capital. We look forward to receiving Mr. Matthew Fleming at Victoria Palace, in our capital, where he can present his Letters of Credence to The Emperor.

As Bordoria has no prohibition laws, the ambassador is free to maintain a collection of wines and other alcoholic beverages, as long as customs are notified prior to the importation of said beverages.

Regarding the Automobil Aurenoria dealerships and factories, yes, HR&IM Government is certainly willing to set up such facilities within our borders, and look forward to closer economic ties between our two great countries. We have selected The City of Fredricksberg, the site of the embassy, as the site of the first Automobil Aurenoria factory within Bordoria, as part of a joint initiative with the local government to promote economic growth within the city. Corporate offices for Automobil Aurenoria can be located in the city as well, and we expect dealerships to follow soon. HR&IM Government, the Government of the Province of Toronto, and the Municipal Government of Fredricksberg are also willing to provide loans and other incentives to help start up operations.
