[The Vaktovian Empire]

The goverment of Vaktovia is soley ruled by the dictator and emperor Vaktus. He controls the nation along with a council of generals and admirals who help with political and military strategies. The Deacon is the primary caretaker of religion, and he blesses all the other Great Journey chruches witht the sign of the oracle. Vaktus has the Deacon also be his advisor from time to time, but mostly he is in charge of only religion. Vaktus uses the goverment type Vakism as the government type.It's where the people get what they desire as long as the goverment get's what they desire; some taxes. But not much money and wealth that Vaktovia has comes from taxes, it comes from the fact Vaktovia is smart when it comes to spending money, and doesn't spend it on stupid things. They only spend it when necessary and mainly on the governmental system, the military, and the law system A.K.A the VMP, or the Vaktovian Military Police that are the military police along with the law enforcement unit for all of Vaktovia's cities, towns, villages, and any place that needs law.
The history of Vaktovia is simple:
Vaktovia wasd founded long, ago sometime before B.C. It was a brutal but civilized nation, which had a king. The king took everything for granted, charged the peasents and every citizen with ridiculous taxes, and used brutal force against those who he claimed "Were not worthy to live". The king and his men were nasty and had untold amounts of riches including gold. They, unlike many B.C and early A.D civilizations didn't want to expand their empire. The king's men were loyal to him, and to his son, who later was even more brutal than his father. The dynasty of kings lasted till about 1070 A.D, when a party known as the Coalition Makers, decided to overthrow the king. Using firearms, bows, arrows, swords, anything they could find, the Vaktovian Coalition Makers used every tool they could to overthrow the newest king. And they did. The king was overthrown, and then, all of the tribes, lords, ladies, and different villages exiled themselves from being united by a government. A man named Sabulus, decided he needed to unite the people once again, but bring order more to the people and less to a king. He named himself emperor, and one by one united the tribes of Vaktovia and the villages that decided to turn another way. Since they had all in fact helped bring revolution to the country, they all eventually decided to stay. The reason Vaktovia became to excommunicated with the rest of the world till around the 21st century was because up until the Cold War accident happened, Vaktovia had yet to expand their empire farther than the cities of Vaktovia City and to the eastern most tip of the country. The west and south borders with Texas and Tsaroski, were unheard of, and these two countries didn't dare enter these unknown lands either.
In 17th century A.D in the late 1600's Vaktovia expanded on a colony where the Colonial States now exists. The ships they sent there never interacted with anyone else besides themselves. They started to make haste of the land using it to farm and forcing workers to pay taxes still to the emperor, and farm the massive amounts of chocolate and food they needed back in Vaktovia. After all, Vaktovians found a way Chocolate could be imminsevely healthy and delicious at the same time. The Vektan Colony, as it was called, rebelled against the Vaktovians and their current emperor Xeno, and decided enough was enough and that they wanted to be free. More and more Vaktovians secretly escaped the clutches of the innermost walls of Vaktovia, until the Colonials finally won the war and gained independence. They signed a treaty in what is now known as Freedom City, Colonial States. That is where the emperor decided he could fight no longer, and waste time with a pathetic rural, nation. Thisis how Vaktovia and Colonial States shaped the hatred they still have for eachother in the 21st century.

[The Vaktovian Empire]

The military of Vaktovia is split into two divisions, the VN or Vaktovian Navy and the VAC or the Vaktovian Army Corps. The VAC is basically the Army of Vaktovia they handle troop deployment, layout of battleplans and anything else on the ground. The VN handles all naval hip deployment as well as the deployment and handling of aircraft. This makes it easier than having a seperate Air Force division. The Navy and Army Corps both have High Ranks or HR's. These HR's belong to the Vaktovian Council and help the emperor decide what to do in certain situations. The council doesn't meet often only when a major choice is to be made. The HR's have alot of freedom when it comes to battles. They don't ask their emperor for permission to say, bomb a city, if it has to be done to win the battle they do it for their empire. The officers are very loyal, although the whole population of Vaktovia is loyal to the emperor since it is a welfare bent emperorship that also deals with the citizen's needs. The HR's though are the loyalist of themn all. They see nothing wrong in the moves of their emperor, and their military and they'll fight to the death for their emperor and for the safety of their empire.

As you can see most Vaktovians don't have two seperate names, they have one. That is because last names aren't important because in theory, Vaktovians all came from the same place: Born back into life from the Forerunner Gods, after the great infection by the zombie-like spore the Flood, as it is said in the Book of the Relcaimer.

ROYAL GUARD
The Vaktovian Royal Guard is headed by Colonel Caesar Radec, who has a a first and middle name, not a surname. This is the same case as General Debby Vomica. Vomica isn't her familie's name. Anyway, the royal guard is the forces inside Vaktovia City, as well as the large group of forces that guard the emperor wherever he may be 24/7.

VMP; Vaktovian Military Police
The VMP deal with all of the military police issues as well as being the sole Law and Enforcement department for the entire empire. Wherever a city, village, or town is that needs law enforcement; Which since Vaktovia has a giant population is pretty much everywhere, the VMP are the ones that patrol it.
