The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of Namor has established the People's Rating Department, which will be offering nations the chance to see how eco-friendly they are. Simply fill out the form below and we will give you a rating.
HOW THIS WILL WORK
- When filling out the application, be honest and give unbiased and impartial answers. Biased answers receive biased ratings, and that is not the intention of the Rating Department.
- The People's Rating Department will rate all countries in a timely matter. In case ratings get tough due to overexcessive applications, we will try to give results via TG.
Please, don't hesitate to bring any questions, comments or concerns. Suggestions are welcome anytime. You are welcome to add any more information to the application.
RATINGS, AND HOW THEY WORK
The People's Rating Department will use the A-F rating system, with A being the most eco-friendly letter.
A: Environmental Utopia
"A" countries are very eco-friendly and have strong environmental laws that are enforced as well. Citizens in A-rated countries usually drive less than the average commuter, and products made in this country are usually recyclable. A-rated countries are slightly or not even influenced by fossil fuels, and instead have green, alternative energy sources that are used more commonly. Forests are considered to be treasures in A-rated countries. Air pollution and water pollution is totally unknown in A-rated countries.
B: Mostly Eco-Friendly
B-rated countries have a high degree of eco-friendliness, however, may have some negative elements. Citizens in B-rated countries drive less, however not as less as those in A-rated countries do. A high percentage of products are recyclable in B-rated countries, and most forests are preserved. B-rated countries are slightly influenced by fossil fuels. Air pollution and water pollution occur in B-rated countries once a year.
C: Averagely Eco-Friendly
C-rated countries are not as eco-friendly. Citizens in C-rated countries usually drive as much as the average commuter or above the average commuter. Products that are non-recyclable usually slightly outnumber recyclable items in C-rated countries. C-rated countries don't give as much attention to preserving forests, however are showing failed effort in doing so. Air pollution and water pollution in C-rated countries are moderate, and occur from time to time.
D: Industrial Paradise
D-rated countries are the enemies of eco-friendly people. Citizens in D-rated countries usually drive from their house to a destination that is only blocks away. In fact, cars usually outnumber humans in D-rated countries. Non-recyclable items are more common in D-rated countries. D-rated countries depend a lot on fossil fuels, and do not depend much on alternative energy. Forests are usually disintegrating in D-rated countries. Air pollution and water pollution are common in D-rated countries.
E: Environmental Pariah
Rated E for "Environmental Pariah," E-rated countries are not big fans of a green future, and tend to view polluted wastelands to be signs of economic progress. Citizens in E-rated countries drive a lot of times per day. There are little or no signs of recyclable items in E-rated countries. E-rated countries either don't like to use alternative energy or think that they're inconvenient. The average Joe in E-rated countries would only see forests in fairytale books. Signs of air pollution and water pollution can be found right in the backyard of an average E-rated country's house.
F: Living eco-Hell
F-rated countries are TOTALLY anti-environmental. Cars TOTALLY outnumber pedestrians in F-rated countries, factories with dirty smokestacks can be found in every square kilometer in F-rated countries, there are no such thing as "recyclable items," and forests don't exist in F-rated countries. Citizens in F-rated countries can see heavy smog outside their windows, wear gas masks to keep themselves alive when taking a walk, and must drink water imported from foreign countries in order to prevent death.
