Severe crimes involving destruction of government property or murder is a one-way ticket to the wilderness, where the government regularly releases attack mice. Any other crime is warrant for a life sentence in a labor camp.

Here in Ruskarkand, being a Human is a crime. It has the harshest punishment, which I'll describe anyhow. It earns them a complimentary Psy-Bath*, and then their empty husk is put to work in a mine until they wither and die since they don't know anything but the knowledge of how to swing a pick at something.

*Video provided is a simulation of a Human in a Psy-chamber, receiving a "Psy-Bath"

Generally, it's the harshest crime since Humans have no place in Ruskarkand, their presence defiles the homeland of the Dragonkin, and we don't like that one bit.

Brother Itum opens a large, dusty book, containing all relevant facts and opinions concerning other nations. He turns to a new page, his penmanship impeccable thanks to his robotic augmentations. He writes.

Ruskarkand - Do not visit. Unfriendly to humans. Classification: Type Five.

He gives himself a small smile before closing the book, returning it to its place among the countless others in the Schola-Academia Library.

Rape and Murder carry the heaviest "common" form of punishment, either equating to a death sentence or life in prison. Followed by Treason and Pedophilia, which carry similar terms. Then by the Enslavement of another Sentient Being or Slavery, something viewed as one of the most horrendous of acts an individual can knowingly commit in the Confederacy, with any individual regardless of nationality or origin to receive an immediate and summary execution should they be discovered to be a directly part of, or aiding the slave trade.

Breaking the law of gravity - it comes with a sentence of 24 years of non-stop torture and was passed by a number of state governments as a joke. (Flying machines are seen as complying with the law of gravity, as they remain consistent with the laws of physics.)

Many crimes because death penalty (as in a firing squad, burning or stone showers) is the harshest punishment and therefore many crimes have a death penalty depending on crime nature and severity.

Treason, for if convicted of it, there is no punishment for it other than Death. The means of execution may vary, but the death penalty remains. This is covered under Article II, Section 5 of our nation's constitution.

As I said in the "most illegal" thread, war criminals are charged separately for every person they kill. This tends to result in incarceration for thousands if not millions of years, which is entirely plausible as the USSN is simply lousy with nanobots, some of which are programmed to repair cell damage caused by aging.
