The Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade, officially referred to by the Torchwood Section responsible of foreign affairs(Section 4) as Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade for The Empire of Cybus, established in 2029 following the political unification of nineteen Arctic Planets is the governmental department with the responsibility of promoting the interests of the Empire across the Universe, supporting its citizens and businesses in the universe, and most importantly, expanding the ever-growing list of Imperial Diplomatic Networks.
Our ever-growing list of professionally-led and selected diplomats has important skills in understanding and influencing what is happening in the universe, supporting our citizens who are travelling and living on other worlds, helping to manage migration into the Empire, promoting Cybusian trade and other interests abroad, whilst simultaneously encouraging foreign investment within the Empire.
The Foreign Affairs & Trade Ministry of The Imperial Government as of the present is led by John Wolf in his capacity as the appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs. On behalf of The Imperial Government, we do wish to invite nations to partake in the establishment of diplomatic missions within the influence of The Empire of Cybus.
LOCATIONS:
There are two possible locations of an embassy, all of which are on Arcadia:
1: Imperio Square:
Imperio Square is home to elegant Art Deco embassies, overflowing with every possible amenity, and luxury imaginable. These are all five floored structures, complete with one ten vehicle garage, and up to five landing pads per embassy. Imperio Square is a large gated facility, guarded by Alexander Mercers Evolved themselves and are thus very secure from any threat. The Square is a mere four blocks from the Imperial Palace, and only a few feet away from the downtown area of Arcadia. Imperio Square is primarily for allies of the Empire, but exceptions can be made, if deemed acceptable.
2: Imperiux Embassy Tower: This huge facility stretches up 300 floors into the sky, and is full of three-level embassies, complete with communal garage and landing pad area. Each embassy is equipped with many luxuries, and is three floors tall. This tower is guarded by Imperial Military Troopers, and is thus secure from attacks. The tower is ten blocks from the Imperial Palace, and is only a block away from the Arcadian Downtown area. This tower is capable of being occupied by any who wish to have an embassy here.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
All Ambassadorial transports will be allowed to have 3 destroyer class, or smaller, escorts as they proceed through Imperial space. One of said escorts will be allowed to remain in orbit, on a rotating basis with replacements, around either Arcadia or one of its two moons. Replacement vessels must be escorted to station by an Imperial Space Fleet vessel, or Torchwood vessel. All weapons are to be no more powerful than a rifle or SMG equivalent, and heavy weapons are forbidden completely. All vehicles may be armored but not armed. A maximum of 20 guards are allowed, but Torchwood Agents shall guard each complex as well. All Imperial Laws are to be followed at all times, barring special circumstances. Ambassadors have limited diplomatic immunity(for example, they cannot just murder someone, but in most other things, they would be protected)
