Our president currently lives in Casa del Regon, or House of Regon, in Tridente. It is a very old building, having destroyed in both World Wars. It was then rebuilt and renovated.

The official residence of the Tyrannian Emperor and Imperial Family is the Imperial Palace, in Nova Latium City.

The first palace on the site is believed to have been constructed sometime during the 8th century AD, on the orders of Emperor Justinian I. Much of the initial palace was damaged in a fire and the official imperial residence was moved to the smaller Country Palace, all of which that remains is ruins. The Imperial Palace was rebuilt in grand style by Spurius VIII, and once again became the principle residence of the monarchy. It was destroyed again during the First Tyrannian Civil War, after which the new Romula dynasty built another, even more impressive palace on the site. The Emperor Justinian V moved to the smaller but more modern Northwestern Palace in 1635; however Emperor Constantine III eventually returned to the Imperial Palace after restoring it in the 19th century, and it has remained the seat of Imperial power ever since.

The Imperial Family's country retreat is the Palace of Scipio VIII, which lies to the north of Nova Latium City near the Tyrannian Mountains.

The Royal Palace of Kingsmouth is the official residence of the Grand Duke of Kington Langley in Kingsmouth, the capital of the nation. Built in different periods over the late 1800s it was created for it's beauty rather than it's size. It is surrounded by a ring road which, while property of the state, is used by civilian traffic and is regularly used for various ceremonial parades. It's cultural significance since it's creation means it is often a gathering point for patriotic citizens during times of national crisis and celebration.

The Prime Ministerial residence is a Georgian-style town house in Kingsmouth. While the house is owned by the government both in between and during Prime Ministerial tenants, cabinet meetings are not held within the property as, unlike other nations under the Westminster system, all central government activities are handled from a separate premises in the centre of Kingsmouth. The house is surrounded by a large garden and patrolled perimeter fence, the interior is equipped with the latest security technology to further protect the Prime Minister, his family, staff and visitors. The majority of political negotiation during non-royal state visits are conducted at the Prime Ministerial residence.

The Executive Chairman's mansion in Carlosia, this is where his does his official presidential work. It was built in 1751 for Goavernias Francesco Marchesa Xanju (Goavernias meaning governor). It has a rich history, there is said to be ghosts in here. During the revolution, over 3,000 people were executed in the courtyards. All of the Governors lived in this palace. But after the revolution when A Democratic Socialist form of government came, all the Chairmen were living here. Sometimes the Chairman's family comes to stay here. It has 38 rooms, large pool, fitness center and a movie theater


This is the Chairman's private mansion in Pientana, this where he spends his time with his family. It has 45 rooms, large pool, fitness center, movie theater,grand auditorium and a beautiful dining room. This mansion was built in 1892 for a wealthy Amandolinan industrialist, by the name of Robert Hugenot.

The Terran Imperial Palace is the seat of the Adeptus Terra and the center of Terran power and administrative authority on Terra. It spreads across the whole of what used to be Eastern Siberia of Old Earth and is primarily defended by the Kinghts of Terra, although Staeus Adeptus, Titan Legions, and Adepta Sororitas forces are also known to protect the massive complex. The Terran Imperial Palace is not just a single building but a massive interconnected series of continent-wide fortifications comprised of hexagonal, cyclopean and pyramidal structures that extend for several kilometres into the sky and for several dozen kilometres beneath the surface of Terra. The Palace is said to have 4,029,854 chambers in its entirety. This complex is divided into two security perimeters which essentially function as separate urban regions, the Outer and Inner Palaces, both of which are marked by thousands of landing pads for small craft and monstrous defensive weapons systems. The heart of the Inner Palace contains the Sanctum Imperialis, the Hall of the Obsidian Throne, deep within the Inner Palace past the Eternity Gate where the Imperator resides, his divine will and god form commands the Terran Empire from here. Only the members of the Knights of Terra and a few select Imperial servants are allowed to pass through the Inner Palace's Eternity Gate and enter the presence of the Imperator. Although billions of people work in the Palace complex, very few people have ever made it inside the Hall of the Obsidian Throne.
