Please fill out the following questionnaire to the best of your ability, and your application will be considered by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yevpraksiya Slezak . If your application is refused, please do not consider it an insult, merely that it is not the right time for your nation and Bolshevik Republic to develop relations.
Nations interested in opening trade relations may fill out the questionnaire given. Upon submitting your application, it will be reviewed by the Minister of Commerce, Evgeniya Pospíšil . If accepted, further talks will be initiated between the Bolshevik Republic and the applier.
As dictated by the International Diplomacy Act of 1912, all diplomats are under a strict diplomatic immunity policy. Therefore, even under an official de-facto state of war status, your national sovereignty diplomat's safety and right(s) will always be guaranteed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Rules and Regulation
I.) Embassies within the Bolshevik Republic are required to be established in the name of peace, security, friendship and the citizens. This means all militaristic actions will have to be justified and explained to the Imperial Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
I.i. Applications that do not abide by this are reject
I.ii. Nations with embassies, consulate-generals and/or consulates within the Republic who fail to abide by this requirement will have all diplomatic staff deported and the diplomatic building will be vacated.
II.) All Ambassadors (or equivalent ranking diplomats) are granted diplomatic immunity.
II.i Invalid if linked to first-tier crimes as defined by the Declaration of Victim Right(s), which include murder, manslaughter and serious violence.
II.ii. Diplomatic immunity is not granted to other diplomats.
III.) Once diplomatic staff leave the grounds of the diplomatic building, they are expected to respect laws and property of the Bolshevik Republic and her citizens.
III.i. This means that weapons are not permitted outside the grounds of the embassy building without being licensed for public ownership by the People's Ministry of Domestic Affairs.
IV.) There is a limit of fifteen diplomatic staff members, ten security staff members and eighty service staff members allowed.
IV.i. Medium embassies have a limit of ten diplomatic staff members, five security staff member and sixty service staff members.
V.) All weapons must be inspected and certified for private ownership by the Ministry of Domestic Affairs. A maximum of one rifle per security staff member, two side arms per security staff member and three other weapons (swords, knives, pepper spray, tasers, etc) per security staff member are allowed. Armed vehicles is strictly illegal.
V.i. Uncertified private ownership of weapons within the Bolshevik Republic is a vindictive crime, and all diplomatic staff will be deported and the embassy building will be vacated.
