How to create a Parliament diagram!

How are you all generating these cool diagrams?

I followed the instructions in the OP to the letter and it just keeps telling me there's been an error converting the file

Maybe it doesn't work on a Mac?

Can you show me the code?

It's ok, I've (sort of) figured it out now, the website wasn't generating the proper code.

I found another almost identical one which generates code for a horizontal chart rather than a semicircular one and that works fine

EDIT: On more detailed and repetitive inspection, the arch version only works up to a certain number. I'm trying to create a diagram with 480 dots and it won't accept it.

I don't think you can paste the URL on an SVG to PNG website. They only take pics.

It's a problem with your browser, not the file format itself. Internet Explorer handles them perfectly fine, while Chrome/Chromium based browsers sometimes cannot. If you want to view it as an svg, open the URL in IE, or save the link as an svg file and open that. The svg file itself can also be converted using normal converters, including the one in the OP.
