How to create a Parliament diagram!

I am unable to convert the .SVG to PNG because I'm on a phone and I have no acces to a computer. May I ask the amazing people of NS to convert it for me?

Basicly this is how the Sedik National Council

Democratic Socialist party: 198 seats In #FF0000

Keynesian socialist party: 98 seats in #FF33FF

centralist party: 36 seats in #FFFF00

Progressive centralist party: 20 seats in #CCFFFF

Eco-liberal party: 19 seats in #00CC00

Conservative party: 29 seats in #000099

A little small. Also, there are two shades of blue in there, if nobody can tell.

Purple-Red: National Popular Progressive
Purple: Democratic Progressive
Dark Blue: Internal Conservative

For some reason it turned black when I transferred from xcf to png and uploaded it to tinypic. Either way, there are 338 seats.

Yellow - Tea Party (far-right) - 225 seats

Blue - Conservative Party (right-wing) - 75 seats

Red - Republican Party (centre-right) - 38 seats

Anyone know how to keep the background white?

Erm...is there a way to get this in a Westminster-style format, where you have Governing Parties on one side of the Floor and Opposition on the other?

The parties seem to be organized from left to right in the order in which you type them into the box, so you could type all the opposition parties first followed by the governing parties to set up the division you wanted.
