Hello, this is a official Systems Alliance network of facts and information on Galactic Sovereign Nation States. Each Codex is smaller than the standard taking up a perfect ten by ten Codex Fact sheet. Only nation states that have applied to join the Systems Alliance are listed, their Codex will be updated on their status when the time is right. If you wish to see a Codex specifically, without searching mindlessly through all the data before your desired location, there is a contents area with in this section that will transfer you to the Codex of your choice. To governments these are based on, if you so see any mistakes please use the private contact service for help.

Basic Information


The Poleepkwa had previous experience with the Systems Alliance and it's member states. The Poleepkwa Tribal Confederation is a group of Tribal states that work together for a common goal of self determination, anti slavery, common defense and states rights and was founded by the Treaty of Peace in 492 BCE which listed its goals in the confederations preamble. The Typical Poleepkwa stands between 7 feet to 7 foot 5 and Poleepkwa are a insect like Species from the planet Alsian Distra 9 which is several times the size of earth and has seven moons, it is actually a Forerunner creation which is why their fishing industry is very calm as the forerunner built moon objects seem to not have actual moon properties besides orbit patterns. One moon is actually a Prothean structure which possibly explains why it acts like a moon, this means they must have at least attained near forerunner quality planet creation skills.

Much research has shown a few interesting facts about the species. For one they are asexual and can breed even faster than Unggoy or Harvest Rabbits. This does not mean they cannot mate as they strangely have similar body functions to humans which means interspecies prostitution is common [At least in Omega and a peace colony/Embassy on Earth, New Mombasa.] Poleepkwa apparently are as strong as Spartans and they have a strange addiction to cat food, a type of food for feline pets on earth and it's colonies. Because of this they seem to have a good deal with the UEG and it's markets as any extra cat food could be sold there, currently cat food is now also packaged as "Tribus insectorum alienum cibum"

Economy System


The Confederation enjoys a amazing amount of income by trading with the UEG for it's cat food and waste which is now placed to their own waste areas for their needy which like the simpler life that the waste can provide for them. The Confederation has a strong traditional economic system in where things like currency are considered worthless while anything that can be used for a purpose is regarded as a importance and having value. Despite being traditional Poleepkwa follow a socialistic stance on earning things by hard work, this is in larger cities where sharing on virtue of necessity is not as common or is of need.

Joining the Galaxy


In 2645 CE, the Poleepkwa made contact with the Systems Alliance after their purist of the remaining enemy Coalition fleet. Contact started when a small Confederation fleet was destroyed by the Coalition which wanted to cause as much damage to prevent a constant chase. The ground forces of the Confederation didn't last long but lasted just long enough for the Systems Alliance to drop troops to meant with local resistance and force the Coalition off Alsian Distra 9. The end of the conflict saw the Poleepkwa grow a strong interest in humanity to the point of having a colony and embassy be rightfully established on Earth. The end of the war caused many of the Systems Alliance and Coalitions technology get into the hands of the Confederation which allowed them to develop powerful guns armor and other devices as well as creating things for the civilian community as well, the military was however the main focus due to stomped battle which lasted only seven hours before the Systems Alliance could catch up due to technical issues.

Military


Despite being a major contributor to military conflict, the Confederation simply does not show much of it's forces, currently we can only gather little information about them. So far we know they have three types of armored vehicles with a fourth hovering type in the works. Their weapons and armor are easier to understand however.

These are the Soldier armors of the Confederation, here is a simple list of known features.
- Armor comes in three colors, black for spec ops, white for infantry and red and white for Commandos.
- Current armor has tier 2 shielding, tier 3 stealth and tier 1 standard protection
- HUD is orange
- built in translator

Their weapons include many forms of energy based weapons, their post prominent being the AMR-B21 ARC Gun which is sometimes called a Mulcher. The weapon utilizes a highly dangerous protonic current which has a high damage radius and damage capability. Upon direct contact with a biological entity, one hit from the weapon causes the entity to superheat and explode in a violent, swift, and often messy manner. Although a direct hit is the most effective, even minor superficial damage from the weapon can yield fatal results such as horrible burns and even dismemberment, it is three times as powerful as the standard UNSC Anti Material Rifle. The standard issue Assault Rifle of the Confederation is the AMR-B05 Rifle, or the Repeater. The tubes down the side each discharge an explosive burst of gas one after the other down the length of the barrel behind the projectile - a linear accelerator gun, like a rail gun but without the magnets. Of course it would fire these all rapidly to get a high rate of fire.

The most impressive part of the Confederations military is the PRAWN [Power Armor Weapon] which is not only fast, durable and agile but also holds a massive amount of fire power. This Massive powered armor system has a central chamber in the thoracic cavity of the machine where the operator resides. Inside the machine, the operator has complete control over a wide variety of tools and weapons on the suit which are all controlled via the highly advanced heads-up display. The mechanized suit is used for tasks such as ship and technology repairs, but the suit also has a wide arsenal of highly dangerous offensive and defensive weapons. The suit can also activate certain weapons on its own when a operative is attacked. Once it eliminates all threats to the threatened prawn and its operator, the cockpit opens allowing the Poleepkwa to climb in and use the mech for self-defense.

The weapons on the suit (or at least the ones that have been recorded being operated) appear to be similar to standard Confederation weaponry, but they are integrated into the suit. A variant of the ARC Gun, a chaingun-like weapon, and missiles are the weapons that have been seen on the suit. A strange defensive mechanism is also present on the suit which appears to be a telekinetic field. This magnetic field can completely control the paths of bullets and other objects, making the suit nearly untouchable by firearms. Once the mechanism has gained control over an object or objects, it possesses the ability to launch the objects back at targets with great accuracy and velocity.

Basic Information


To understand the Helghan People is to look back at the formation of the state, the current Helghan can trace their history back from the semi evolved humanoid rebels of Helghan, which was once a barely sustainable experiment colony which they originated on and used to claim their national identity and their home world when they declared sovereignty. Currently the Helghan people have evolved to be a bit stronger than the average human, be able to survive in harsher places than the average human and develop pale skin.

The Helghast originally took over the planet Helghan from the stationed UNSC military outpost and it's governor, they then built a new base for their leader. They became a highly fanatical racist state which supported Corporate Fascism and saw humans from Earth being inferior. Due to the Helghan Corporation being a producer of military fire arms to the UNSC in the Insurrection of Harmony and to the Soviets (secretly) in the Soviet War of Expansion, they had thousands of left over guns that did not make it, with slight modifications including some new weapons and vehicles, and remodeled UNSC ships they fought a war against the UNSC which was still rebuilding after the devastated Soviet Expansion War (World War Four.)

Due to this damaged state the Helghast were not easily defeated, however the UNSC still had more planets and better supply of troops however a scientist compared this conflict to the American Revolution. The comparison is still used today is the main idea of the hole situation.

Today it goes like this in list form.
  • The Locals knew the land they were on and could ambush with guerrilla warfare when needed.
  • There was a common goal of independence amongst the populace.
  • The distance between the two was far to great.
    - To clarify on the above, the British was located in Europe across a ocean with technology that could not get them their fast enough, the same goes for the UNSC due to the fact that the Shaw-Fujikawa Translight Engine would not be completed until 2291 and enter usage in the navy at least until 2321, at least 30 years later for the UNSC navy. Thus the space between Earth and most of the nearby colonies and Helghan and it's colonies (including the UNSC "deep space colony" of Vekta) could be compared to the Atlantic Ocean in this case.
  • Weather and habit conditions were to hostile for the UNSC.
  • People back on Earth wanted the war to end.

The Helghan Empire might have won independence but it was the UNSC that won the war, the UNSC made a last ditch attempt to use a new super weapon on the Helghast and thus destroyed their major cities and forced them to lay down their arms in the battle of Helghan, said weapon was the First MAC cannon. The Helghast loss but signed a peace treaty which granted them sovereignty due to protest, riots and possible further rebellion by insurgent tactics on a greater scale. Currently the Helghan empire still survives though one colony was glassed during the Human Covenant war when the Covenant made contact with a colony and mistook it for a human colony, both fleets were destroyed in the end as the Helghast managed to destroy them with a WMD, a surviving Covenant ship under Jiralhanae control would later use the details to create the WMD Divine Thunder. Despite the Covenant attack on Helghan and the lack of knowledge on the Halo issue, The Helghan Empire did not help out the UNSC due to fear of the Covenant Empire and some minor hate still in them, the Helghast however started to respect the UNSC's valiant effort and eventual win against the Covenant and the victory against the Covenant gave the Helghast a moral blow as they could have shared the possible glory and increase of technology that the war gave the UNSC.
Economy System


The Helghast people enjoy a semi command economy which is mostly a free market system. The people who work for companies usually work for the fire arms and military manufacturing industry. The Helghast enjoy a massive trade business with both the RSN, Asari Republics, Poleepkwa Confederation and even the UEG which is now it's ally. The Helghast have a simple law against anything considered contraband but makes a large market off medical marijuana, this is possibly a scheme as people to high to understand their actions could be a threat which means people wish for safety which in turns means they will purchase firearms increasing government cash due to sales in cheap civilian variants of famous military weapons. This and other economic schemes including the link of legal drugs to healthcare tricks and food was detailed in a Salarian observers Holo index (digital book.) In entertainment the Helghast have a strange fixation on importing My Little Pony and bright comical anime to it's populace. Loony Tunes and Disney also seems to be becoming popular. Helghast that seem to not enjoy consumption of these foreign markets seem to enjoy Warhammer merchandise such as Warhammer 40K: Rise of Tyranids and Warhammer 40K: Survival of the Imperium (Tyranids sequel.) Foreign Food markets such as Burger Town and Charlies Cafe.
