Well it depends on what you classify as "old age". 83% of people in Kheiastan die after the age of 60 from disease; Cancer, Heart Disease, even the Flu. However, only about 24% of people in Kheiastan die simply from 'natural' old age, the failure of major organs simply from getting old.

Most people die of old age (84.2%, which actually quite surprises me...), 10% die from acts of god, some get lost in wilderness, some die by accident and some commit suicide while in treshold.

Suicide attacks, old age, lost in wilderness, as well as accidental exposure to lethal fungal spores.

Diseases are very rare, the Children of Gaea are encouraged since their childhood to live a healthy lifestyle. The rapid advancement of our technology has also assisted greatly in reducing aforementioned leading cause of death, especially the latter three.

Statistics on this issue are a state secret, though independent estimates pin the following primary causes of death:

Infectious Disease: 30%

In recent years, numerous parasitic mites, as well as their diseases, have been spreading like wildfire through the Empire's densely-packed hives. The authorities can do very little to alleviate the conditions of overcrowding and work stress that cause the mites to be able to infect workers, since doing so would drain the country's supply of honey, which is the only thing keeping it from a total collapse.

Occupational Accidents: 40%

By far the largest killer, employers provide little to no chemical or physical protection from the harsh and dangerous conditions bees are required to work in. In many cases, workers simply keeled over dead from exhaustion. This field also includes bees who were injured while on the job and died of starvation following their termination and blacklisting from the job market. Pressure from employers has kept the government from taking any real steps towards solving the problem.

Suicides: 20%

Given that a bee's life is stress-prone and has very few earthly rewards, thousands of workers unfortunately decide that the best way out is suicide, usually by stinging a wax block. The government has pursued making cell walls soft and cushy, though the millions of honeygrams spent on research has yet to bear fruit. Otherwise, little is done to counteract the problem, even as the rate of mass suicides continues to grow.

Old Age: 9%

Bye some miracle, these bees managed to make it... until 60. Less than a tenth of a percent of the population is over 65 (and therefore pension-eligible), at which point they suffer incurable organ failure and die.

Other: 1%

Everything from dying in the street to tripping over a firefly is in this wide-ranging category.
Hyper-conformist communal bees managed at a hive level by a pseudo-imperial semi-presidential four-bee group.

Old age. Criminal activity, including murder, is low here. Chadtonians don't really have a long life span compared to surrounding nations though, however most Chadtonians do get to enjoy a life well into their 70s and 80s. A few have even made it to nearly 100. The oldest recorded living Chadtonian was Alberta Greenbuckle, current vice-president Albert Greenbuckle's great-great grandmother and 99 years and 35 days of age. Before her it was Sarah Christie, a famous historian, at 99 years and 31 days.

Chadtonian scientists are researching a plausibility of genetic factors in conjunction with social prescription in production of the ability for Chadtonians to remain alive into old age. There are no known causes at this time, however the government is pleased that on average Chadtonians live into old age.

Old age causes 90% of the death in the nation, though "old age" is rather imprecise. About 22% of that number die from actual old age (acute organ failure? I'm not a doctor), the remainder are various cancers, stroke, heart diseases, auto-immune disorders, etc.

Most people live and die naturally, however if you refer to non-natural deaths then they mostly relate to long-term side effects of IV nutrition and over-dependency and sudden withdrawal of nanobots.
The Children of the Macrocosm are the pale and physically stunted descendants of Humanity in the Las Palmeras canon. They like riding in flying saucers and frequently abduct more primitive humans for "research purposes" (for the lulz). Mass annoyances based on UFO lore.
