President Liam Douglas MacKenzie has an approval rate of 91%, and is loved by the people for his leadership in the war of Californian Secession. He also holds the rank of General in the Confederate Californian Marine Corps.
The small amount of citizens who dislike him are extreme fascists and communists.

According to an official survey, Dictator Vostrikova has a 100% approval rating.

Of course, anyone who disapproved of the dictator would face rather unappealing consequences, most likely death. So, the results of the survey may be just a bit skewed from people's actual opinions.
