ic: The capital of Phillippanoa was the first capital of the united Viking and Greek kingdoms, it had been founded 5 years after unification. It was built on three plateaus each one slightly higher than the next, right in the centre of the Neolympia Mountains, and is surrounded by five of the ten biggest cities in Phillippanoa. The ambassadorial area of the city is on the highest plateau or Government Plateau along with the main government buildings and The Palace (one of the oldest buildings in Bürgopolis). The main part of the city is on the middle and largest plateau or City Plateau and the lowest plateau or Lower Plateau is where the main road comes from Lopolis and Oanaville. In case more space is needed, there is a fourth plateau slightly lower than the government plateau and on the side opposite the biggest plateau. At the moment it is wooded with a few houses from high ranking officials here and there. The biggest and nicest ambassadorial buildings are at the edge of the governmental plateau and have entrances on the City Plateau below. The embassies closer to the centre of the plateau only have larger basements.
