I'm pretty sure (s)he took the templates from JG or the CYOE thread on F&NI and edited them in MSPaint or some other drawing program.

Swordsmanship is really the only way to go here. We don't use traditional swords though, we instead use our highly advanced technology to create a kind of sword called a Elevert. Elevert are created using technology that attracts something of a certain element to a specialized hilt, and concentrates it to the blade of a sword. Ex. If the hilt of an Elevert was attracted to the fire element, it would detect any particles in the air used to create fire, fuse them together, and line them all up into the shape of a sword. This happens in a matter of one to two seconds, and there are currently 13 different elements that can be used. Each element gives a different look and feel to the sword, so many people go through 5-6 elements before finding the one that suits them. Almost everyone in Helvagon has been trained with an Elevert, and it is the main weapon used by our army. In fact, it's really the only weapon used. Elevert are both very deadly swords and useful distractions. Because of the trail of elements left behind each swing, enemies not trained properly will easily get confused. The thirteenth brand of Elevert, the type that attracts gamma rays, are reserved for the 11 Karoms and the Grand Roher, as gamma rays are hard to control. According to a recent poll, the most common element in use today is the ice Elevert.

Our soldiers wear classic black hooded tunics. The color of their cloak tells their rank (going from lowest to highest)

Much like the Japanese samurai, we use symbols to tell people apart. The soldiers design a symbol before entering the initiation into the League of Elevert masters (the army's official name). The symbol they made is then stitched into the back of their cloak with silver thread, and the cloak is ceremoniously burned if they move up a rank.

The Security Service are the closest thing we have to a military in Permosa, but in reality they're more like police. Typical SS members wear a dark blue uniform and a peaked cap. They have an armband which looks just like the flag of Permosa, warn on the upper-left arm, with the emblem facing outwards with the shoulders. A typical SS member carries a baton, pistol, handcuffs and pepper spray; specialist units carry other firearms such as SMGs, shotguns or even assault rifles, as well as stun or tear gas grenades; they may be equipped with body armour and an enclosed helmet, although they are still expected to wear their armband.
