There are no 'LGBT' Rights, everyone has the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, if two people want to be married? Fine. If a person of any sexuality wants to join the military or other occupation? Fine. The government does not differentiate between gender, race, or sexuality as a precursor to any specific rights or methods to achieve one's own goals in life.

Essentially, no one has any more rights than another person because of something that may or may not be controllable. There is no definition of a hate crime, as that would imply that one group is treated harshly over another. Forcing regulations and laws upon the masses for the sake of specific groups is not the way for everyone to get along. We let people go about their business without any reasoning based on gender, race, or sexuality.
