Yukonastan uses the Arabic Numeral and Decimal system with comma notation for decimals. SI units are used for everything.

Ditto, except we use a period, not a comma for decimals. Comma is for thousands.

Altaro has used Base 10 ever since the Anthro could count. The fact that we have 10 fingers is the reason. Nothing more than tradition. The numbers go like this:

1 - Ichi
2 - Ni
3 - San
4 - Shi
5 - Go
6 - Roku
7 - Nana
8 - Hachi
9 - Kyū
10 - Jū

The Empire uses Base-12 for all calculations, it is a good deal more efficient than your pathetic mammalian Base-10

0 (zero) = 0 (zero)
1 (one) = 1 (one)
2 (two) = 2 (two)
3 (three) = 3 (tri)
4 (four) = 4 (four)

The marginal numbering system is complex and heavily steeped in tradition.
1- Unaquatros, "1"
2.5- Douze, "2"
(Unlike most intervals, numbers between 1 and 2.5 are indicated by their proportion of the gap between those numbers, so "2" in the Arabic numbering system is rendered "1.67", 1.5" is rendered "1.33" and so on.)
(Decimals can never be expressed in more than two places in marginal numbering, unless the final number is a 4, in which case one additional place is shown.)
3- Treizapentos, "3"
(Intervals between 2.5 and 3 are indicated by their proportion of the gap, as between 1 and 2.5. Thus, "2.75" in Arabic numbering is rendered "2.5." "2.875" is rendered "2.75," and so on.
4- Unaquatros, "1"
(The same character is used for 4 and 1, which is being referred to must be inferred from context.)
5- Treizapentos "3"
(As with Unaquatros, the meaning of Treizapentos must be inferred from context.)
6- By long tradition, there is no number 6 in marginal numbering.
7- Unaquatros Treizapentos, "13"
(Anywhere TreIzapentos is rendered immediately following Unaquatros, the two are interpreted to collectively represent a 7. They are nonetheless counted as two number for the purposes of determining decimal length, however.)
8- Unaquatros Unaquatros "11"
(Anywhere Unaquatros is rendered twice in a row, the two are collectively interpreted as an 8.)
9- ||||||||||||||||||
(This character, represented by 18 dashes, has no pronunciation and cannot be spoken aloud.)
0- |||||||||||||||||||
(This character, represented by 19 dashes, also has no pronunciation.)
Yes, this is a joke.
Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well-being of a person is at stake. Society's punishments are small compared to the wounds we inflict on our soul when we look the other way.
We have nothing to lose but the world. We have our souls to gain.
You!
Me.
Nothing you can possibly do can make God love you any more or any less.
