It has come to the Attention of the High Council that, in favor of promoting stronger understandings with all nations based on truth, that We will be holding a Question and Answer session open to the public, and we invite members of the World Theater to freely inquire whatever they wish about the Beastling States of Crystal Spires.

OOC: To make this much cleaner I'm hoping that in order to keep the Questions and Answers relevant and useful to build the Factbook of Crystal Spires without cluttering it with Q&As I'm going to have this as a separate thread, and also to make this easier for me to find I'm asking that all questioners put one of the categories which their questions are based on in the "subject", the Categories are the Following:

Indeed to both, and there are also many other lizardfolk like Saurians in Crystal Spires as well. Crystal Spires is a very deeply Diverse with records of about over 60 million different species of Beastlings in our country's history, and it doesn't even reflect the vast differentiation between Demihumans and Beastlings nor the elves, dwarves, treefolk, changelings, and humans. There are indeed Macks and sapient cats, which look like regular cats, not girls with cat ears.

What is your greatest treasure or artwork?

The Architectural Genius of the halls of Caltris's High Council building is dotted by the artwork of Elias Derenthi who painted the famous peace "The Phoenix of Mephiste" which is an art piece that shows the phoenix rising over the mountains at dawn over mount Kultika from the City of Mephiste. It's available for all citizens to see, and every year there is a celebration of artists and artwork from all over Crystal Spires on the Great Ceremony of Purification.

All business enterprises are state regulated 100% as we are a Communist Nation, and those who wish to create a business must register with the Great Worker's Councils which are government organizations created by worker's initiatives to promote Spirean business integrity and keep all things to code and regulation even if someone wants to work independently. Because of the very cooperative nature of Spirean work ethic, most Spireans are very employable in cooperative environments abroad if they desired to do so, however in the cut-throat industries and businesses abroad, some Spireans find a niche using their force of patriotism in the world market to compete abroad. This gives room for the more competitive personalities in our world.

Do the Crystal Spires have any space program and/or space weapons?

With relation to Space Programs, Spireans have launched several inspections of the Martian surface in the Sol system, and have also done investigations in the potential of utilizing magitech to do more in-depth exploration in space, however our space program is less focused upon in our air and space budget with the concerns and emphasis being placed on information systems, airship engineering, and improved stealth technology in our own planet as we find it to be more of an urgent matter.

Actually this may come as a surprise, but the cities in the Beastling States are actually incredibly cosmopolitan and racially mixed, where in contrast, the rural areas are a lot more racially segregated and have their own cultural cities within their counties which are termed "protectorates" these smaller rural protectorates are less culturally diverse and so one can get a strong sense of cultural unity in the smaller towns which actually profit from much of the tourism.

Why is your flag so depressing?

The blue stripes represent the spreading of the law in darkness, while the center is the Spires Coat of Arms with the white Ouroboros representing the self destructive nature of greed, hatred, and ignorance. The jewel spire is the Council Building which is in the center of the golden flower of Zaiden which represents the Crystal Spires belief in the unification of all in hopes of a better future.

Actually it's a very specific patriotic message in the Center is Crystal Spires the center of hope and then outside of the Spire is the self destructive forces of greed and then FROM the Spires the blue stripes represent the Law coming out of the Darkness, which is a very hopeful message which is the idea of Hope and the Law emanating from Crystal Spires itself which is a very strong patriotic message.

That's a good Question, because as one of the most non-judgmental people in the region, Spireans have no opinion of your people at all as they do not have information as to create a full opinion, and they do not rely on hearsay, so they'd establish Neutrality immediately. They rely on direct experience or evidence. For that they want to know more about policy and how well your country addresses freedom, justice, and equality.

Abortion is an optional procedure to those who elect to terminate pregnancy. While the decision is in the mother's hands whether to terminate pregnancy or not, it's also elective for a father to terminate fatherhood for his child by ending contributions for Child Support. Fair is fair.

The attempts to attack the High Chancellor was not well received, especially the fact that Maven Auryn's approval rating's outrageously high.

That's a good Question, because as one of the most non-judgmental people in the region, Spireans have no opinion of your people at all as they do not have information as to create a full opinion, and they do not rely on hearsay, so they'd establish Neutrality immediately. They rely on direct experience or evidence. For that they want to know more about policy and how well your country addresses freedom, justice, and equality.

Primary Education is provided for by the Spirean Government and scientific and/or magical research is done in public universities under the auspices of government. As Spireans are Communist, all people wishing to establish a private school or educational institution must apply to the Educational Worker's Council to get a permit and pass inspections by the government to ensure quality educators and education. Non-standard education is frowned upon

Core education includes:
Math: Logic and Reasoning, Arithmetic, Trigonometry, Algebra, Functions, Modeling, Geometry, Statistics and probability, Calculus, Differential Equasions, etc.
Science: Matter and Energy, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Knowledge Arcana, Geography, Psionics, Interplanar Knowledge etc.
Language Arts: Common, Indigenous, and Foreign
History: Both World History and Spirean History.

Many various electives are provided, and Spireans are encouraged in arts and philosophy educations as well.

Indeed, we have professional armies driven by a religious commitment to Justice originating from Forntianism, and we also are fan-tech and utilize magitech and PMT, which means we have rather advanced tech and manpower.
