History
Rohan was founded when the King Of Derson gifted a area of land to the Horse Lords. A people who had until that time been under the rule of Derson. Given to King Aeor the land was a safe sovereign home for the Horse Lords. From that time forward relations between Derson and Rohan has flourished under the Line Of Aeor, with Both Kingdoms willing to come to each others end without the blink of an eye. Rohan has fought off invasion several time, which resulted in the counstruction of Strongholds, Like 'The Deep' ,Copied By Derson as Minas Pica, and Deep Harrow. Under the New King: Benol, Rohan continues to flourish.
Geography
The countryside of Rohan is a land of pastures and lush tall grassland which is frequently windswept. (It is similar to the Central Asian steppe, the North American Great Plains or the Argentine Pampas) The lands of Rohan appear like "seas of grass", and are therefore perfect for horses Its warm-continental climate generally brings hot summers and brisk but short winters

Horses and warfare
The Rohirrim are famous as skilled cavalry and breeders.
The armies of Rohan are almost exclusively horsemen, divided into units termed éoreds, which could include up to 2,000 riders. Rohan's armies are more of a very well-trained militia called upon in times of war, with the actual standing army relatively small. They are armed with long spears, longswords, light helms, round shield, and mail armour.
In time of war, every able man isobliged to join the Muster of Rohan. They are also bound by the Oath of Aeor to help Derson in times of peril.
It was because of the close affiliation with horses, both in war and peace, that they received their now famous name Rohirrim.
Politics
Rohan is an absolute monarchy. The King leads the army during wartime. The country is divided into districts: The Eastfold, The Westfold, The Northfold and The Southfold, led by Marshals..
KING BENOL
King Benol is the eldest son of the Last King, and as such was heir to the throne. Until his kingship, he was the First Marshel of the Riddermark, second only in authority to the King. A combat veteren, skilled with Blade and Horse alike. A wise, quick-witted man, people attempt to fool him at their peril.
Military
Infantry
The Foot Troops of Rohan, whilst less numerous then the fabled Riders of Rohan, the Infantry are no less Stalwart. These brave men specialise in fighting in tight quarters such as in towns or forests were horses would become bogged down. They comprise of men armed with Meele weapons (As pictured) who are armed with a circle shield, a Spear and a Sword. Armoured by Mail and a helm, the higher ranks having a horse hair florish. The other men are armed with a variaty of bows, includeing Crossbows and regular bows, the archers are armoured the same, with a smaller shield and sword for close in defense.
The Riders of Rohan
The Horsemen Of Rohan, more numerous than the Foot Soldiers, the Riders are famous for their skill with their horses. These men specialise in fighting in many differenet terrain. There are two sections of the Riders. There are the more close up riders. Who are armed with Spears, shields and swords, of which the spear is throwable. The Second group are the experts with both bow and horse, they are able to keep the horse in check, and fire accurate shots whilst mounted. All riders are armoured with Mail and a helm, again the higher ranks have a horse hair flousish.
