We regret to inform you that your application to the AEP has, at this time, been denied. If the following problems could be corrected then we would be happy to grant you admittance:
a. Under Part 23, sec. 3, paragraph (b), clause 2.3 of the AEP manual: "Firearms to be carried by embassy personnel are limited to small arms(e.g. pistols) and melee weapons only." Assault rifles are not allowed.
b. Under Part 3, sec. 4, paragraph (d), clause 1.4 of the Aazeronian Customs and Immigration Manual: "Any and all types of vehicles(e.g. land, air, and sea) are hereby banned, except in cases where vehicles are shown by a ACI agent to be environmentally sound(e.g. hydrogen power, electric, etc.)." We cannot therefore meet your request for vehicles, and will only be able to offer public transportation unless environmentally friendly cars are available in your nation.

If these are fixed and your application resubmitted we would be happy to allow you admittance.

We apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred, since assault rifles are not considered heavy weapons, we assumed they were allowed, but if that's not the case, we'll arrange it so the embassy's security personnel are only armed with handguns. As for the issue of transportation, as we explained in our application, we simply do not have any electric or hydrogen-powered cars, so we ask the Aazeronian government to borrow us some vehicles from its fleet that comply with your nation's environmental protection laws.
