Short Introduction

For over 50 years The Grand Duchy of Noordeinde is in charge of this Colony, but just this year President Roosevelt and the cabinet of Noordeinde decided that it would be handy to have multiple other Diplomatic Missions in the other parts of the country, in it's overseas territories.

So hereby, I Governor Jim Stuyvesant of the Protectorate of Noordeindian Islands declare that from now on each and every country in the world may apply for a Consulate General in Noordeindian Islands.

For an official Embassy in the Capital City of our country please be advised to visit The Grand Duchy of Noordeinde Embassy program.

Regualtions and rules regarding the Consulate-General's Offices.

Consulate General Staff

* No more then 15 Diplomatic Staff

* All dipomatic personnel has Diplomatic immunity, but if they are corrupt or have commited felony or major crimes they can become a "persona non grata" and have to leave the country within 24 HOURS

* No more then 25 Support Staff

* No more then 15 Security Agents/Guards

* All Security personnel has to obey the laws of The Grand Duchy of Noordeinde, while being on Noordeinde soil. And has NO diplomatic immunity if felony crimes are commited on Noordeinde soil.

* We prefer no soldiers as security officers, but they are allowed. But under some little conditions:
1. They may not be on the streets in full Combat outfit
2 . We prefer them to wear their Ceremonial Uniform or be Non-Uniformed

Equipment Regulations

* Only weapons that will be allowed will be:
- non lethal weapons
- pistols and/or revolvers.
- submachineguns (only Semi-Automatic)

* No military vehicles

* No more then 5 vehicles

* No aerial vehicles (as helicopters and/or planes)

* Due strict enviremental laws vehicles older then 15 years old are prohibited to be imported to Noordeinde.
