The borders of our Glorious Empire of Minroz are once now open for the first time, to the outside world. Those seeking to establish embassies within our Holy Dominion for purposes of business and/or national interests that serve both The Qing Empire, and that which seeks to become apart of it's interests. As we live in the age of interdependence, we no longer had the luxury of isolation from the world anymore.
And so we will establish diplomatic ties with the international community; to promote goodwill and understanding between our peoples; to build a more united and harmonious community with the universe. However every diplomatic corners and establishments will be located and conducted in our Glorious Holy capital Zhongyang.
As a sign of faith in our international partners-to-be, all diplomatic missions established here will be granted extraterritoriality and full political immunity according to the conventions of international directives. We trust in the goodwill of the respective governments and missions to comply with the local law and ensure that local offenders taken to task, whether it is by Minrozian Imperial Law or your national laws.
