Intent of Message: Embassy Program.
This message is scrutiny at any time to the Ketrilian Constitutional Powers, under document eight, page two, paragraph nine. All information within is in the public domain.
The Republic of Ketrily is a huge, economically powerful nation, notable for it's massive wealth. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population live in a state of Civil, Economic, and Political bliss, due to the government’s enforcement of Randian and Libertarian policies and ideals. Our government is not one in the normal sense of the word. The authority of the country is a small group individuals who juggle the competing demands of Defence, Education, and Commerce. We meet every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Condell. Our powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Information Technology, Book Publishing, and Tourism industries.
Recently, I proposed to several members of the Ketrilian government to purchase some land in the suburbs of our capital, to serve as a hub of foreign relations. After a huge round of agreement, we have gone on to build 16 embassies within this zone, and are now willing to let them out. Each embassy has a secure internet connection, is hooked up to the electricity grid, and has living space for 87 personal; or if your nation wishes to be more economical, we have several cheaper re-purposed buildings which house house 54 personal.
As long as any nation who applies possesses no hostilities to the Republic, an embassy shall be immediately granted. However, we ask all prospective representative nations agree to the following terms:
-Small-Arms are permitted; however all weapons imported must weigh less than 12 Kilograms
-Any vehicles brought into the country must be civilian models
-No more than 25 security personal are to be housed
-Due to the cost of the embassies and their maintenance, all representative nations must pay Ketrily a fee of 12 thousand Ketrilian Kreds (Equivalent to $24120 USD) per week, unless your nation is utilizing the re-purposed buildings, which cost 8,000 Kreds per week (Around $16000 USD).
-You may only bring enough personal (Including Security Personnel, Ambassadors, ect...) to fill the living quarters of one embassy. 87 people are the maximum amount that each building can hold.
