Also, if you could put that seal into a Diplomatic Communique. I'd like it to look like Ishema's.

Thank you very much for the awesome diplomatic telegram thing. There is one thing I would like changed, however. Where it says

The NS boards, so something a bit darker and more greenish. Making it transparent somehow so it would always match the background would be best, but I don't know if that's possible...

So could you please change the top title from "Ishema" to "Ишима" and in the middle can you change 'Ishema" in the Russian part to "Ишима". Along with that, please change "Esmali" to "Holy Ivanople". I would also like for you to capitalize the French word "Socialiste" which is currently in lowercase.

Larger, with alpha channel transparency. However, display depends on program used for display. Does work with NS boards.
