In the year 1654 the Emperor of Austria was coming through the city of Hamelsburg when he saw a boy begging. He went over and asked the boy who he was and what his age was. The boy answered his name was Paul aged 10. Then the Emperor asked him some hard questions and the boy got all of them right. Then the Emperor asked him something quite surprising "Would you like to be the ruler of here?" the boy said yes. So he became Paul I of Habsburg Yugoslavia he immediately banned serfdom. In 1700's Habsburg Yugoslavia fought in the Spanish Succession War with Austria. In 1755 capital Punishment was banned in 1762 Slavery was also banned. When the French Revolution came Habsburg Yugoslavia fought on the side of Austria. By the end of the century the royal family was married with Austria's, Bulgaria's, Serbia's, Montenegro's, Spain's, Denmark's, Italy's and Uk's. In 1914 Habsburg Yugoslavia was neutral but supported Austria Habsburg Yugoslavia was also neutral in 1939 but they supported the allies this time round. In 1946 and communist coup failed and the leaders were deported to the USA. In the 1950's the Hamelsburg airlift saved Habsburg Yugoslavia when the communist closed the borders and HY started to die.
