Bet it would suck if your enemy was armed with mirrors.

Hello humans. I am Sporekin, specifically a European Umber-Brown Puffball (or more formally, Lycoperdon umbrinum). Ask me anything.

The main infantry weapon of the Socialist People's Republic of Resrevit is the Ak-47 and its derivatives. The AK is cheap, proven, reliable, and extremely effective in the range for which it is designed.

However, it does have its drawbacks. Particularly, it isn't as easily customizable as we'd like it to be, and it isn't exactly accurate. The TKB-022 was an experimental attempt at making a better AK, but conservative Soviet generals in the 60's didn't dig it because it was ahead of its time.

If there is a defining trait of the Resa people, it is that we are progressive. We love the AK-47, but some feel that the AK could be better, and how to better improve it than to make it into a bullpup?

This is the RO family of rifles. In no particular order:

AR-RO assault rifle

MP-RO short carbine

MG-RO light machine gun

CS-RO battle rifle

This is perhaps the most modular AK derivative, perhaps the most modular bullpup, we've seen so far. Lefties can use it by switching the bolt in a similar manner to the Steyr AUG (the rifle was reportedly designed with both the AUG and the AK in mind). It is more expensive to produce than the AK, however. With the exception of the CS-RO (which uses 7.62x54mmR), they all use the 7.62x39mm round and fire at 600 RPM when fully automatic. While these appear to be different rifles, they are in reality the same rifle, but with different parts and configurations. An instruction kit and a parts package are included with each rifle. The RO rifle family is fully compatible with standard AK magazines. Internally, the rifle is very much the same as the AK, including the action.

The Infantryman has several main weapons at his or her disposal:

I can't see any possible way to aim with this thing. How does the aiming system work?

Spray and pray?

It's not like you REALLY need to hit someone's vitals for a laser to hurt, anyways.

You don't need to hit someone's vitals for a bullet to hurt either, but most standard firearms still have sights, even shotguns. A soldier who doesn't want to die needs to know where (s)he is shooting.
