The Supra-Synarchy of Neucom INC is a huge, economically powerful nation, notable for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population are rabid consumers, partly through choice and partly because the government tells them to and dissenters tend to vanish from their homes at night.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, pro-business government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Defence, Law & Order, and Commerce. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of MegaFloat City. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 47%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, followed by Gambling and Automobile Manufacturing.

Urban high-volume mailers now receive their mail via chauffer-driven limousines, university graduates and new home-owners toil in labour camps to work off their debts, young children are regularly seen wagering pocket money at blackjack tables, and otherwise healthy people are being sent to internment camps because they have VODAIS. Crime is moderate. Neucom INC's national animal is the Nano-Byte, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Neuwork Note.

CBL Leading Oligarch Delmar Benedicto, came to power three years ago, in a unanimous CVEG electoral vote.

As one of his first actions in office, was to respond to the developing crises on the Antimatter Bomb testing on the anarchic New Spartian city-state, on an island nation farther east. The operaiton was headed by a dictatorial country known as Montiar, and Benedicto openly supported this action in favor for this rash nation. Many countries were rapidly opposed to this action, and were very skeptical of the Antimatter Bomb's testing, but few factions actually did hold the legitimate grounds for this event. The whole city-state was obliterated into a slab of oblivion, causing a massive mini-nova on the island, causing several innocent casualties, and engulfing all the New Spartians and evacuees. Currently, Neucom holds one of the four colonial districts of the former city as an agricultural/mercantile zone, which is hotly contested with the the GR Limited district, and there have been several close clashes here.

At this time, export versions and advanced model variants of many of Neucom's advanced COFFIN System-run 'R' Series military aeroplanes hit the production lines for the direct world markets, hitting it big and popular in countries like Vespid, Christantle, Eastern Deralia, Triaktium, Remorilunia, Rajesthan, Vetega, The LLC, Tiki-Topia, & Gibet. Especially in the Roman Republic of Christantle, a hefty and loyal customer of Neucom's aircraft. That same year, the Neucom Visual Server, a mental implant of an infinete and official search engine system connected to the Electrosphere, went online for world export. Triaktium and Remorilunia bought the first packages out, following a nationwide order by the Vespidean government. Drackonisian officials ordered a single experimental implant for prototype evalutation testing. New Saiya, a Vetegan nation of the Genesis Corporation region, was the last customer for this package to date, only going to their King and his bodyguards. Many times, General Resources has criticized these moves, and the CBL has chosen to ignore these incoherent comments from their rivals.

Neucom's vast majority of Abrahamic religious adherents have influenced many public morality laws throughout the Supra-Synarchies territories and holdings (note that this does not go deeper than peoples' private lives), and this has led it to become a faction that supports The Holy Forden Church, a woldwide Christian institution and global temple that follows the words and teachings of Forden. The Corporate Board of Leadership has sent a Forden priest of utmost holiness, William Texas Ranger Danial, to be a representative and Cardinal of this church. According to a major government religious enumeration, over 10,000,000 Fordens exist under the Neucom flag, and is the state that has the second most number of Forden Christians in the world, next to The Holy Forden Church's full population of total and loyal Fordens. Recently, major divisions of the NEU have been converted into the Church's global security/aid forces, and Cardinal Danial leads many charities in Third World countries that have yet to be recognized by Neucom Incorporated.

Southwest of the Usean subcontinent, the small nation of Etoriana was undergoing a revolution. The National Socialist Party that held much power for many decades over there was dwindling in influence as the Jewish vagabond population rose up in arms against their repressors. Many world powers took many sides, but most sided with the insurrectionists over the stiff-armed fascists. However, one entity stood out from the rest as it only sided with itself: Neucom. Delmar Benedicto and his cronies at the CVEG decided to benevolently and malevolently intervene in Etorianan affairs to destroy the both the Jews and Nazis in their raging quest to phase one another out in civil war. A large armada of +800 NEU Air Force R-211 Orcinus subsonic fighter bombers brought the hammer down on the Etoriana capitol city and the countryside townships ringing around it, almost copletely leveling the city to piles of rubble and left it in a state of disrepair. Nations then sanctioned the conglomerate against grounds for using chemical warfare and indiscriminately bombing and razing cities in well-calculated and coordinated airstrikes, which forced Neucom to its knees, thus, sending it packing before the main invasion forces was mobilized. Delmar Benedicto was criticized for this failure in a three-day war, but there was still faith assured unto him.

Months later, a nation called The 22nd Parallel requested Neucom's assistance in the ongoing Mozrian War in exchange for a large price transaction and mutual political support agreement. The Supra-Synarchist Party ranted and urged the Neucommer people to support a warbound cause for the CBL, and Delmar Benedicto declared war on Mozria, dispatching a fleet of destroyers as his first wave of attacks on the East Coast of Mozria. Many cruise missiles were launched at land-based mobile targets of the Oppressive Cyborgs & Kharsian ground units assailing the 22ndites. However, Alliance forces in the seas nearly struck out most of the force, forcing it to regroup with a large naval group preparing for the main assault on the Southern & Western IngliHaShemite coastal defenses. After sheer determination and heavy quantities of forces, the attack ssuccessfully broke through as the Ingli lines collapsed. Operation Death Claw began, as Drackonisian ships moved in to support the ocean war that the NEU was waging. Back home, +2,000,000 Vanguard Marines were recruited into the force, and were charged into the land battles of Mozria. Air force aces were produced out of dogfights with the meager Mozrian and OC pilots, furthering Neucom Incorporated's military reputation. In the city of Mozri, The Empire of Mozria, a group of 22nd Parallel tank divisions surround a massive juggernaut of Kharsian troops attempting to escape; NEU submarines off theWest Coast launched chemical IRBMs that leveled the whole area and destroyed the force altogether, resulting in chemical contamination of Centrl Mozria. THe war progressed into a grueling land war, and sparked with the climactic Battle of Anderson's Pass, dealing a heavy blow to the Alliance forces in the name of the Axis. This is where NEU Field Commander Driskoll Centra earned his valor in the heat of battle, and won the Impossible Odds Medal. But the war almost ended with a peace conferrence held in Milan, but something went wrong. An unknown organization - supposedly some illegitimate fringe group originating from Neucom - caused much damage to many of the international forces in the city, using terrorist and cyber attacks. The current whereabouts of this organization are unknown...but the war eventually bogged down and all nations pulled out in a draw result.

Sadly, once the war ended, Mr. Benedicto was assassinated by an improvised explosive device planted on his limo's aeon car battery system. As a result, Roland Shohnson was now elected as the new premiere Leading Oligarch of Neucom, as people were losing faith in the corporation the usurped their former countries a half-century ago. But Shohnson promised three non-material objects that Benedicto could not: hope, capital, & victory. His propaganda campaigns to the public and in schools justified his level of removing older and less refined CBL officials from office, and replace them with mouch more vigorous and youthful ones that are less susceptible to corruption. He fixed the autarchic agricultural millets that fed his populations hunger, and he emplyed many more jobs into that sector, restoring much hope to his regime from his people. He raised minimum wage levels and lowered income tax rates, to which satisfied many home economies that his peoples possessed for their familes and their futures. Moreso, to keep his power and take advantage of these happy times, he instated a martial law curfew and refurbished the NEU Civil Militia, now converting into a rapid military police force that patrols every street in every city. All his resources were now in order, as he paid off his war debt with newly acquired coffers coming from donations with Mercury Defense Industries, a leading arms-production company in Kharsus (once an enemy of the corporation).

But south and west of the main territories that the Supra-Synarchy lied in, an interstellar threat entered the world stage. Alien military forces from the large expanses of the Zerg, Oppressar, Drackmarian, & Tradeing States were attacking the sovereign state of New Armarzia, and the pacifistic island nation of furries, called Foxlandish. Neucom swiftly responded in order to save its overland trading routes and production facilities deep in New Armarzian territory and to save the indigenous population of the Foxtians to look for supply deposits in the ocean within the oil rich region. The AASN Heimdall was dispatched to New Armarzia, and the AASN Nidhogg was dispatched towards Foxlandish; over 6,000,000 soldiers participated in the overall conflict against the aliens. The Stonehenge Turret Newtork railguns killed at least four alien starships and orbital cruisers up in space, bringing hope and morale for the human struggls against the ETs' subsequential attack on the planet. NEU Vanguard Marines, under LO Roland Shohnson, liberated the major port city of Renolds, New Armarzia, from Zerg invading creatures, and wiped the remaining Zerglings out with SWBM strikes from the present airborne fortress. An attack on a battle cruiser from Stonehenge forced Drackmarian troops to pack up and flee the system, as Neucommer amphibious troops began urban combat operations in Renolds, with New Armarzian columns delivering the final blow to the Zergs. Meanwhile, a secret supreme army landed in the Anzen Mountain Range of Foxlandish, and pushed southward to surprise attack Oppressar ground troops and tripods. NEXTs & LYNXs fought with the best NEU Air Force ace pilots, and the Drackonisian ground troops sadistically fought ferociously against the Oppressar with much fury and skill with their Arms Fort, the Spirit of Drackonisa. Enemy forces were finally eliminated when the pacifistic Foxtians activated their weather control device to destroy all invading forces, bringing peace to the land. All extraterrestrial forces of bad intention left the Solar System, and the human nations and benevolent alien races that sided with them (e.g. Fulma, Tipidemica, & Socialist States Owen) declared victory and celebrated the awesome defeat of those who threatened Earth. Neucom's current regime was hailed by the synarchy's people as heroes and worthy men and women that could lead. However, at a series of mysterious incidents involving a third party (presumed to be the same one during the Mozrian Peace Conferrence) during the victory party in Foxtropolis concerning NEU forces willingly clashing with Drackonisian allies and their deployment of a mind control toxin in the city, has left much suspicion between the two entities and was furthered when NSF-15 agents hacked into the LEGION AI's grid, using it bring down two civilian airliners and corrupting tens of thousands of military-grade file reports. Nothing is confirmed however, and the First Falling Stars War's true agenda has yet to be revealed.

Recently, military pacts and alliances have been appearing amongst the ranks of Neucom. One of these appears to be coming from New Saiya, a Vetegan nation of superhuman warriors and a wayward people. Neucom's CBL has made a move to ally with the New Saiyans, promising financial support for all their assets and banking entities, and setting up a strong military alliance with them. The United Socialist States of Sovietyeto, a society of robotic denizenry, has recently ome forward to make amends for their rogue diplomat (an N-5 model) when they attacked the Vimana Database computerized syntax-processing units onboard one of the Gleipnir ships that the NEU possesses; they have come forward to make a provisional foreing relations alliance with the Supra-Synarchy, to which Roland Shohnson gladly accepted. A transitional independent government from the newly founded nation of Rio Bravo has come in light to be favored by Neucom as a storng military partner; a weapons trading deal has been reached, and an alliance proposal by the CBL has been accept by their President.

A month after the proverbial end of the First Falling Stars War, a small icy nation up in the arctic regions was crying for diplomatic and military intervention. This primitive and redneck country was called Snowtop, and multiple powers observed the situation, as a tribal people called the Koros were leading a spurred invasion of the country's widespread villages and fishing towns. Neucom intervened, and New Saiya was requested for assistance in the liberation effort. The 3rd Naval Task Force arrived into the Southern Bay, and began attacking the port of Cnut to destroy Koro forces, and New Saiyan warriors sparred with the enemy ground troops with their powers. In mere days, the whole country was liberated, and the Koros fled back to their land preserves and underground bunkers. However, the Snowtopian government feared the Koros so much, that they and their military fled, leaving no legimate government in place of the land - to that end, NEU forces annexed the country, forcing the western half under their domination, and giving the eastern portion of Snowtop to the hands of the New Saiyan leadership. Repairs and revitalizations were taking place int he country, a government insurgencies began to plot their counterattack against their former saviors. Neucom's 'Operation Promethean Judgment' will bring a shock and awe offensive of land, air, and sea forces in a massive blitzkrieg against the Snowtopian strongholds in a joint effort with the New Saiyans, and is to begin tomorrow morning at 0700 hours.
