We're on one of the planets of the East "Galaxy" (a misnomer; it's actually a bunch of solar systems within a galaxy); we are referred to as Planet #026.

I think we use the term Earth, but it's not RL Earth that's for sure.

Our main world is the planet Oren, orbiting the star Ailac. SPOA encompasses every planet and moon in the system, although only Oren, Big Jace and Little Jace are habitable. We also have several space stations and outposts spread throughout the system for defense and trade. These stations may be home to hundreds of people.

Future!France is located on Earth of course, since Mainland!Future!France's capital is located on Earth. However, it does have some space colonies such as 'French Mars' and 'Hle'gfasw' (say hee-lay gee-fa-soowa as fast as possible). Unfortunately, this France does not have any space colonies nor is it located on a planet

It's like saying that Corsica and the French Guiana aren't part of France, or Hawaii and Alaska aren't American states. French Mars and Hle'gfasw are part of the "Overspace Department" of Future!France, which is still this France. If you want UFOs and aliens and such, then Hle'gfasw will be a choice.
