Ahmed Alef plays that stupid triangle peg game while the Speaker has a nervous breakdown.

Rahmat Ishida takes a seat alongside fellow Communist Party members. He sighs as he holds a picture of his daughters and as he looks at the room, where in the past, the ENC ruled. He begins remembering about the past, his family, his turbulent life, as he sits down, only a short time since he was still in the villages and mountains and an outlaw. He sighs again and turns his attention to the various parties and party members around, opposite and near him,

OOC: The destruction of democracy through bureaucracy. Just wait for the speaker and/or admins to make a decision regarding which matter we're supposed to be discussing.

Luen Veas enters the chamber and takes his seat on the far left from the podium, alongside other communist party members.

That's not quite how this chamber is organized, but whatever.

"Mr. Speaker, I move we vote on the Constituational Amendment." Mark says, standing briefly. "Goodness knows that is the most expedient way to resolve this hellish failure of breauracracy."

"I really do sympathise with the honourable member who wrote this bill before hand (OOC: Lykens), as it has streamlined government business. I would suggest that a wholesale repeal of that law is going a bit too far, perhaps the Honourable Member could propose a separate amendment sans the parts this chamber has a problem with?"

"Your very own leader, the Opposition Leader proposed this bill. It would do well for you to argue the bill instead of trying to stifle debate on it. I oppose the consideration of this motion."

"Mr. Speaker, in view of the confusion about the parliamentary situation, I believe it would be best if we were to cancel out everything that has been done since the vote was closed and start over from the beginning, permitting motions to be resubmitted in whatever form the makers wish. I ask unanimous consent that the rules be suspended to permit this."

"Mr. Speaker, I already explained this to the house just a few hours back:

Electrum wrote:"We are currently debating a constitutional amendment, if the Senator would stop proposing no-confidence every five seconds, the honourable senator might have realised that."

"Mr. Speaker, I suggest an amendment, so that we only remove the bits which the Chamber found unnecessary:"

Constitutional Amendment - Repeal of the Parliamentary Procedure Amendment

Author: Raharjo Iskandar-Bambang (Arkolon)
Sponsors: Michel Nugati (Skyviolia), Mark Markson (DrWinner), Alexander Maxwell (Tectonix), Chu Canh Kim (Licentian Isles), Ujang Duong (Merizoc), Ahmed Corbor (Nariterrr)

An Act to ensure that the chamber is not so cancerous that the most wicked souls of the entire universe would not inflict this level of monstrous pain to even their most vile enemies.

Section One -
  1. Section Three (concerning motions) of the Constitutional Amendment (Parliamentary Procedure) Act is hereby overturned.

Section Two-
  1. Section Five (concerning the introduction of bills) of the Constitutional Amendment (Parliamentary Procedure) Act is hereby overturned.
  2. Instead insert:

"a. The speaker or the deputy speaker in the speaker's absence, will manage the queue of bills to be brought before the Chamber, prioritising government bills.
    b. Bills shall be voted on together at the end of the week"
