I ask unanimous consent that the rules be suspended to permit this."

Section One -
- Section Three (concerning motions) of the Constitutional Amendment (Parliamentary Procedure) Act is hereby overturned.
Section Two-
- Section Five (concerning the introduction of bills) of the Constitutional Amendment (Parliamentary Procedure) Act is hereby overturned.
- Instead insert:
"a. The speaker or the deputy speaker in the speaker's absence, will manage the queue of bills to be brought before the Chamber, prioritising government bills.
b. Bills shall be voted on together at the end of the week"
