Solar is used in SA, quite big but Hydroelectrics dominates the energy production, and not only in SA, in all Latin America except for Costa Rica.

As a native spanish speaker, also preserving the name of this. Izquierda Democrática is the best option.

We can include Partido, but I said Izquierda Democrática as the best option to preserve the original english inspiration of "Democratic Left".

We're actually entering a new generation of efficient commercial solar panels so attaching them to government buildings when possible and promoting their construction on residential, industrial and commercial property should go a long way to cutting our nations dependences on non-renewable sources of energy especially if we combine it with wind and hydro.
