The door opened and a dozen figures in smart grey-on-grey military uniforms filed in. Among them were five humans, with the remainder spread between three other alien races. The one at the head of the column, a blue-grey skinned creature with a T-shaped skull and two thick red stripes on his right shoulder, turned to one of the others, a blonde haired human male. "You sure this is the right place, Scott?"

The human shrugged, "It's a bar isn't it, Lead? Come on and I'll introduce you to good, wholesome human beer!"

The troupe settled themselves around a wide table while Scott and a female human with dark hair shaved to a buzz-cut approached the bar. They returned minutes later bearing three frothing golden pitchers and a stack of glasses. They set them down on the table and everybody filled up, at which point Scott leaned over and placed his elbow on the table fist extended, and announced "Okay ladies and gentlemen, the game is fives. Right hands in; last one out sees off his drink. To my left, thirty-five!"
