A thread for Gamers.

I know I started a Classic Game Thread, but I wanted this one to be about all games old and new. All systems whether its a PC and Apple LLIC 2, PS3, DS, Commodore 64, Xbox 360, TG-16, whatever.

Arcade games are always welcome. Hell even Pinball is welcome.

What systems do you own/play? How many systems have you ever owned? Are you a console gamer or a PC gamer? What games are you playing right now? Do you have any to recommmend.

Any and all things about gaming talk about it here (in a non-flaming, non-trolling manner of course)

Discuss.

I currently just have a 360 (and a gamecube in storage). Lately I have been playing the living hell out of Mass Effect 2.

I mostly play PC though I have a 360. Currently playing Steel Beasts Pro Personal Edition and some World of Tanks as well as a little bit of Hearts of Iron 3.

I do the majority of my (video) gaming on the XBox 360. Current games are Dead Rising 2 and Black Ops with the occasional sports or puzzle game tossed in for variety. I generally possess most of the staple games but my collection is constantly changing through trades, sales, and new purchases.

I used to play Sims 2 a bunch of years ago. It gets pretty addictive.

I have only played 3 on 360, and its not bad.

Yes, I played both but never finished either one. They can't hold my interest for long no matter how much I like them.

I play PC, PS3, Xbox 360, and occasionally da Cube.

Recently, I have been playing Fallout: New Vegas on PS3, and Spore on the PC. Shall continue this trend until I get the original Fallout's for the computer.

Ergh, tell me about it. Stupid expansion introduces a bug that decreases your mood whenever you sleep in a cheap bed. Its a simple overflow error, and they still haven't fixed it.

I swear, EA employ monkeys to code their games.

I didn't play one, but two is really good so far. Should be finishing it soon. It didnt grab me campaign wise like GOW2 did, but it is a solid storyline.

I get skeptical of getting games on consoles (hence why I only own a Gamecube). By that I mean, I'm not sure if you guys can install expansion packs or buy the entire thing again.

I have people that live with me and tend to play whatever I do (I have no clue why) so story and choice based games like Mass Effect get old really fast as the story unfolds before me while they play.

I also forgot... I devote at least 3 hours a day to MINECRAFT

dont get any of the sims for the cube. They are godawful. I know that on the Sims 3 for 360 you can download (for a fee of course) new clothes, acc, household items, etc from their live service, but if you have been playing it on the PC for this long you will really be disappointed. I like to call them Sims Lite. The Cube versions are Sims: Sucking Hard Edition

installing an expansion pack is as easy as purchasing it online or at the store, it installs itself directly to the system's memory drive; actually much less work than a PC even.
