Damn, that's my favourite board game! Can we play some Axis & Allies then?
When debating me or discussing something with me, remember five things:
1. I'm not moderate.
2. I'm not fascist/a nazi.
3. I'm conservative on social issues and liberal on economic issues.
4. I won't bother looking for six million sources for you.
5. I'm not always serious!
Also, read this!: A story written by a friend.

I should probably be marrying British East Pacific right now, since I love her and all, but nooooo. >>

How about honesty? Honesty and openness with children seems like a good alternative to hypocrisy to me.

Not all the time and not about everything. There is a time and place for absolute honesty and that's not when children are still very young. Some things should be taught to them gradually.

Gradually yes. Simplified to their level of understanding yes. But lies should be avoided as much as possible, even "white" lies like the existence of Santa Claus.

Oh tell them by all means, it's just not necessary to elaborate on the details.

That depends really on whether the child asks good questions. The answer should fit the question. A lecture in response to "that" question isn't good, but nor is the same over-simplified answer to varied questions.

Totally agree on both parts, though sometimes 'white' lies are unavoidable.

For example if you have decided to raise your children in a religious background. One day they watch at the news about a deadly car accident, now if they come to you later and ask you if those people killed are with god now, the only answer that comes to me is 'probably'.And if those killed were little children at their own age the only answer is 'yes'.

Why do we give a damn about pedophilia? Just let them go on about stalking children and stuff. But if it gets to a point where the prey is being harmed, then no. Got to stop it dawg!

I do not support it or zombies.

Or zombie pedophilia either.
To those who feel, life is a tragedy. To those who think, it's a comedy.
