With rapid generational changes in all demographic groups across the country being an established fact, it’s obvious whom all these new voters will favor in future elections. Democratic Party needs no Sander’s “socialists” appealing to “class issues”. It needs no one from the dying breed of those, whom HRC called “a basket of deplorables” (and who are committed to the GOP). It is a given that to better represent all these future voters the Democrats must address one pressing issue – the White Privilege. It is my sincere belief that it will be addressed in the most straightforward way, paving a new path for both the party and the Republic.
The change of the party is in the air and there will be a new Democratic Party – and soon! A new kind of party, lead by people like Hakeem Jeffries. Human decency and universal progress, therefore, dictate that these relics of the past, beholden to their White Privilege with their reactionary and self-serving agenda get booted from office and a new team dedicated to push America forward instead of holding it back take over.
One question remains – when? 2018 (mid-terms)? Or 2020 (presidential)? Or maybe sometime later?
I say – the sooner the better. Trump’s administration must understand that they are on the wrong side of history, and should not have a moment of respite! He and his party represents the dead and shriveled hand holding back the real America of people from thousands backgrounds. Bill Moyers called the GOP “an enabler of death, the enemy of life, a threat to the republic itself”.
