That actually does not -- it informs me that I cannot sign up after the 14th, and that I will receive my assignment presumably between the 14th and the 24th, but not whether I will receive it before the 19th. So my question still has no answer.

No specific date is set because I can't make guarantees. However, I always try to send out the assignments as soon as the deadline closes so people have some time to write their message during these busy holidays.

I think he said you will get it on Christmas day.

That is when we will get our messages, not our assignments of whom we are writing our messages to, which is what I am asking.

I don't really think there is a priority.

I think all messages will be attempted to be delivered around the same time as soon as they are written.

But I'm not sure.

It's as Derpy said: there is none. Those that prefer delivery based on the Julian calendar (7th of January) can inform me via TG or in this thread, but so far I can only recall Arch making use of that service during the previous years.

Don't see how priority would work anyway.

When you send your message, I save them. On Christmas day, I'll start sending those messages out in a non-specific order. It depends on how I organise everything in my Excell worksheet. Also, those that didn't send me their message will not receive one. Usually, a few days before Christmas eve I'll see who hasn't sent me their message yet and start making preparations in case they don't do so on time.

I'd like to participate in this again. I've been watching out for the thread; odd that I haven't noticed it until now, but at least I beat the deadline!

Preferably a few days before Christmas. By then I'll consider calling on my elves to fill in for anyone that hasn't sent in their message.

Usually I check people's forum activity during the past few days and determine whether it's likely they'll log on to write their message.

Just a few hours remaining! After that I can't guarantee that you'll be registered. Over the course of the next day I'll start assigning people.
