He can't because it's not within his power. It's up to the FBI and Attorney General- who COULD appoint a special prosecutor- he however cannot. He's not going to "let her off the hook" or pardon her. Try harder next time.

But that kind of belief would justifiy a recount. That and Jill didn't say it was for Clinton though she was definitely banking on supporters paying for it.

You can get the ongoing update from the source itself. It's rather interesting the many many MANY ways to fuck up in voting.

It's even worse in Michigan apparently if they do a recount it's highly likely that the votes in Detroit can't be recounted due to multiple mistakes... such as machines breaking and reading votes more than once... what a mess.
