I'm sure it's not a regular Mod, I'm sure it's not anyone that could be guessed, it certainly wasn't Barringtonia.

What I'm trying to say is that there are websites where Max has accounts. It's easy to create an account on these websites and contact Max through that. There's even a website where they have a whole discussion about NationStates and Max Barry himself has written in it
