Well, if there's an 11-1 mistrial, I'm going to call the prosecutor's office and tell them that there was someone who might be a juror that was posting online that they planned to deliberately undermine the legal process in violation of their oath as a juror.

Honestly, it's a shame that this man will go down as part of another statistic. I do think that policee departments across the nation need to undergo serious revisions and look at how they can prevent themselves from furthering this atrocious behavior.

Can't find the original graphic, but I did find this. And I think that all loss of human life is at least partially unjustified, frankly. I mean, if someone attacks a law enforcement official then it's the official's right to defend themself, but like, if a guy has his hands up and his knees on the pavement, you shouldn't execute the poor bastard. Even then, cops are supposed to be trained to de-escalate situations with nonlethal or less-lethal equipment and techniques. Guns don't need to be the go-to. You understand what I'm getting at?

I don't think it's likely, but it is very possible. i mean, i'm in OKC now, but my address is in that area. I always get tons of jury callups, but i usually get out of it. I would drive to tulsa to be a part of that trial.

I take the duty very seriously, and i would consider all the evidences fairly.

Police officer shootings like all other justifications of use of force (self defense) is an affirmative defense so long as the prosecutor brings evidence that the officer shot the individual (unless he does a Ferguson and voluntarily provides additional evidence) the grand jury should indict.

Considering the news in this country, they'll be hard pressed to find jurors who haven't heard something about the case. especially IN oklahoma, where it's all over the local news.
