It did sort of perk up my ears though when he insisted that any time a newscaster uses the term "sources said", there are no source and it's all lies. That's a rather significant accusation. You could actually sue a newscaster for lying and saying 'sources said' when there are no sources. Where are the lawsuits, Donald?

Yes, there is a difference.

Major difference is that the New York dialect is non-rhotic, i.e. the r's are not pronounced at the end of syllables after vowels. This is a useful shibboleth.

Then New Yorkers sound a bit like people in New England vs. the New Joisey types. I should've known that. You taught me a new word, and hyphenated at that. Thanks.

His health is important, and his doctor's statement was so bizarre I still think Trump wrote it himself (there's no way he'd ever be "the healthiest person ever to be president"). He's not Taft levels of fat, but he is overweight. But despite all that, I'm less concerned about his weight and more concerned about his ability to pass a drug test.

42 year old President Theodore Roosevelt would theoretically run circles around Donald Trump. Much more than Donald's weight issues, I find myself most concerned about what a psychiatric examination would find (which may include various illicit drug habits over the years).
