This is horrible. Do they even try to teach the officers sign language? They know they will be around psychos,and the mentally impaired. Why do they do this? He also tried sign language,which is a thing the article doesn't say. Are we going to have more murders? My heart goes out to this person. NSG,what's your opinion on this?

See? Here we have an actual sign of police brutality. This officer will be punished, and hopefully now we can start working on improving law enforcement ability to handle the differently enabled.
