Even if there is no proven tie (yet) between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin. There is little doubt the Kremlin wants Trump for president.

Russia's troll factories were, at one point, likely being paid by the Kremlin to spread pro-Trump propaganda on social media.

That is what freelance journalist Adrian Chen, now a staff writer at The New Yorker, discovered as he was researching Russia's "army of well-paid trolls" for an explosive New York Times Magazine exposé published in June 2015.

Paging Paul Manafort!

Not sure about the word troll here, shill is so much better. It does partially explain the high number of rabid pro Trump shills on social media that seem impervious to facts. Hell, even HuffPo has a lot of them, often Facebook profiles with no friends and no posting history.

I've lost count of the number of sich profiles I saw declaring they were Bernie supporters now switched to Trump. This sounds like a no true Scotsman, but fuck it, here goes anyway: no true Berner would vote for Trump. You either vote for Hillary (as Bernie does), or Jill Stein who is closest in terms of ideology, or Gary Johnson (for his social policy) or sit it out altogether/leave prez ballot blank.

The question remains: what does Trump owe Russia (for bailing him out in the 1990s) and what is the quid pro quo they want?

The United States of America has been in a state of dire distress since November 8, 2016. Flying the flag upside down is not only our right, it is our duty!

I have seen some people claiming to be Bernie supporters switching to Trump that sounded so nonsensical it was hard to believe they were for real. It would explain a lot if they were Russian trolls.

Reports that Trump is uncreditworthy to any US bank (other than Deutschebank) combined with the reliance of any commercial real-estate business on loans (against the collateral of the actual real-estate) I suspect Trump has taken a lot more Russian money than we know about, to refinance loans he has held for years.

Because fuck them right? If they won't do a deal, Trump walks away.

So what does he owe the Russian financiers? Just some money, that's no big deal. Businessmen owe money, sometimes to foreigners, that's uninteresting. Trump's creditors can't ruin him by "calling in loans" because most loans are for a term. They can't be "called in".

However, Trump's creditors know better than anyone whether Trump can repay the loans or not. Better even than the IRS does. Trump could literally be broke and the only thing between him and personal bankruptcy is disclosure of his debts.

Not bought so much, as in hock.

Well, no doubt this misunderstanding could be resolved by simply releasing his tax returns.

Ah; I see the problem.

Russia, if you’re reading, I hope you're able to find the tax returns that are missing. I think you’ll be rewarded mightily by the US press.

He doesn't owe them anything. The Russians have realized he'd be better than Hillary for Russia- easier to manipulate and deceive, willing to concede influence in Eastern Europe and weaken NATO, and an admirer of Putin's. I suspect this is unilateral Kremlin action, rather than them doing this in return for something specific from Trump. He's simply the most pro-Russia candidate by far, both as a result of his stated policies and as a result of his lack of expertise and ability and intelligence and his thin skin and huge ego.

And as I said before, the concept of nations and states should fuck off into space. Abolishing the state is critical to see an end to this sort of oppression, pain, and killings. As long as nations exist and have interests and uses the state to further their goals, then these things will continue.

The concept of a state as we know it now is relatively new in world history. There was plenty of conflict before the idea of a state was ever heard of.
