You would think Caffeine Free Coke, and Coke Zero would taste about the same, but to me the Caffeine Free tastes more like a Coke.
Too bad too, cause I usually go with Zero cause sugar intake is more of a concerm of mine.

Indeed.
Had a limited edition apple wine too, because there was only one tree, which I have since lost to a tornado, along with a pecan tree, and pear tree. :(

The Corps taught me how to make raisin jack, so when I retired to the country, I applied the same technique to other fruits. Starting making apple, pear, and apple-pear shines, then researched and refined a technique for wine.
The soil here is not good for grapes, but my property is covered in wild blackberry.
Heh, jam, and more wine.

I have a lot of blackberry bushes.

Great for vitamin c. Two cups worth is a whole days worth of recommended allowance.
I do not know if you have the same problem with June beetles as I do, it can be a struggle some years to get much fruit before they eat it all.
Crows and my trees are another issue. When their population gets too high, they will strip your fruit and nut trees bare.

Grind down and pulp a wine or whiskey barrel.
Probably not very tasty, but great source of fiber.

Crows around here seem to feast on carrion and whatever else they can eat. June bugs? Seem to prefer raspberry bushes in the sun over the blackberries. And the species must be different. You face the figeater beetle. I face the green June bug. They look similar, but one feeds on leaves (the green June), the other on fruit.
