In principle such things aren't a bad idea, but they won't help with these migrants.
The culture they come from does not even really view women as proper people.

This will just result in some of them flirting and then raping anyway. In fact i'd wager this will make things worse and increase the numbers of rapists in the population by providing more confidence to them in approaching western women, but with no understanding about consent or a womans right to refuse and why entitlement to sex is a morally unjustifiable mindset.

They'll go out, flirt, and then turn into an extreme version of those guys who flip their shit when a woman turns them down.
We're expecting these people to deal with an issue we ourselves haven't entirely gotten over, and they're way behind us in these things.

Just get U.S. drill sergeants to work these workshops, but instead of it being a flirt-shop it's actually a Marine drill camp and the migrants then get sent off to Croatia.

According to the Die Stern the german government decided to fund flirt workshops for regufees to help communicate with german woman. The reason behind this is the government believes the Cologne attacks and other sexual assault incident that are going on were caused because the migrants had no proper experiance with woman in their home countries. So, the best way to prevent sexual attacks, according to this theory is to open workshop where migrants can be tought how to flirt with woman. Afterall 70% of asylium seekers are male.
