I'd say this works as a pilot study, though we'd need safeguards against false accusation.

Ay, here we go.
1. Expense is something that needs to be taken into consideration when enacting public measures.
2. How far is too far?

Also, social media doesn't have the full backing of the government; also, sometimes they go overboard, the state would act as a moderating influence and a firm guiding hand
The state can also be corrupted. See the GOP and their tendency towards discrimination.

Anyway, no, expense is something that we can't just go ''any means necessary''. Although I do agree that we need to strive to make a more egalitarian society, I think the OP, once again, goes to extremes.posts an idea which is completely insane.

Indeed. And that's why this is problematic.
We may see political pressure to see BLM as "discriminatory" and police actions "not discriminatory", even though clearly it's the other way around. We've already seen people label even daring to talk about female-on-male violence as discriminatory against women, and female-on-male rape as discriminatory against women.
I would hate to see it where scientific approaches to things could be an arrestable offense if it goes against the public perception.

I feel like that's the end game of what Infected Mushroom's ideas are as babies tend to favor those of the same ethnic phenotypes as their parents.
