While I was sleeping, an old TET went and a new TET came. And if your monitor doesn't give the proper visuals, check if it is actually still connected to the computer.

Yes, the cable is connected properly. I have also taken it out at both ends, made sure there's no dust or whatever causing problems, and put them back in. Still not working.

Then you appear to have done all the things that one can do. If there's a working monitor elsewhere in your house, you might try and plug that one in to see if it is your monitor instead of your computer that is defect.
