Well, I don't deal with the people in crisis directly. I deal with the operators and some calls are truly taxing on them. I would like to have some tools at hand, directly from transgender people, on how to offer support to those offering support.

Although if bottling up your frustration really is becoming an issue, I wouldn't discourage you from seeking therapy. Just... don't go into it with overly high hopes. Although it largely depends on the therapist in question, the effectiveness of therapy varies per person. Some find it extremely helpful, while others find it a massive waste of time. If what you're mainly looking for is someone to talk to though, then you'd probably find therapy helpful.

I wish I could do the same for myself actually, my busy schedule and fear of my current situation has prevented me from seeing a counselor, down the road I intend to do so as well, for now though every bit you've done has helped.

It might push my transition well before I intended to and harm my career because of lack of legal protection. I've fortunately added another good employer on my list in my state. But making due until then is a rough ride.

True, but bigots don't go away when the laws change. They just become violators of civil rights instead of being fully legal.

If it's seriously affecting your life in a negative way then I would definitely seek help for it, though I can't possibly say anger at transphobes could really be a sign of a "problem" unless you're at the point where you about to beat the shit out of them at a moment's notice, and even then I would be reluctant to call it that bad of an issue.

I can't say I really hate Transphobes per se. I disagree with their ideas about Transgender people but I respect their right to hold different opinions to I. As long as they aren't being blatantly abusive about it then they're okay.

It's getting to the point I'm on the door of getting banned for a while. I have to keep it to myself otherwise my rage could get me killed out there.

I'd suggest using NSG less, it does wonders for your mental state.
