I attend a Christian & Missionary Alliance church, usually. Sadly, the denomination at a national level, isn't really LGBT accepting. But my local congregation, where I've been since I was 9 years old, has been great to me, even after I came out in June.


Bit of background... my perfect boyfriend, if I had the ability to build one, would be tall, funny, sweet, a hockey nut, and a church boy. Usually, it's tough as hell to find a guy that fits more than 2 of those at a time.

As for the friend of yours, I personally think it is very difficult to find a perfect match. I mean, all of your friends aren't the perfect type that you want, right? I don't have a single RL friend who is perfect in my sight. RL friend, just to emphasize.
