Adolf Hitler was an admirer of Islam. He viewed it as an aggressive, militaristic, and disciplinarian religion that was much better suited for the Germanic peoples than Christianity, which Hitler dismissed as an effeminate, weak, meek, and "flabby" religion. Hitler believed that the Arabs, due to their inherent racial inferiority, would cease to be the standard-bearers of Islam if they had conquered Western and Central Europe. Instead, Hitler believed, it would be the Islamized Germans who would become the leaders of the Islamic Caliphate (similar to the case of the Turks in our real-life timeline), and these Islamized Germans would then go on to conquer the world, spurred on by their fascistic ideology.

I believe that this would be a lot more embarrassing to Muslim extremists than to neo-Nazis. Hitler basically admits that Islam is a religion of violent conquest.

Of course, it would be impossible for the actual Third Reich to become "Islamofascist", since the vast majority of Germans identified as Christians and were not likely to become Muslim.

What Hitler is saying is that had the Muslims conquered Europe and spread Islam to the Germans, the Germans would have been better off than with Christianity. He explicitly says that Islam is more compatible with the Germanic people than Christianity, and that converting to Islam would have enabled the Germans to rule the Islamic Caliphate (since Hitler regarded Arabs and other Muslims to be less "vigorous" and biologically inferior to the Germans).
