Dublin South East appears to be the strongest of supporters with 74.91%. Dublin appears to be the strongest supporters, and that Dublin North East has a chance to overtake Dublin South East.

What is the threshold (in votes) before I can call the result?

Unfortunately, it will most likely be after our lifetime that all nations in the middle east, africa and asia allow it.

Boy, the people of Roscommon - South Leitrim must feel really awkward right now, being the only constituency with a majority of No vote right now.

Dublin NE calls at 66.70%, meaning that Dublin SE is on course to be the strongest constituency.

By a very small margin... and the No still lost. But hey, if you are the sort of person who sees the glass as half full, then more power to you.

With 34 constituencies now declared, the Yes vote is 61.7% and No at 38.3%. Media is calling it as a definitive "Yes" result. It's over. Congrats, Ireland. Abortion next, perhaps?
